Was impressed by Ben Nyugen our guide from Crossing Indochina who contacted me a day earlier to introduce himself and confirm the appointment via wattsapp. Sent another reminder on the day itself and was punctual. He made it easy for us to find him. Ben brought us through the entire tour with detailed explanation and also gave us time to read through the literature provided. He answered all questions we had. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our visit.

Liam our tourguide was amazing! he described and explained everything perfectly and whole heartedly to the point it made us emotional and one of the person in our group and cried!! The aura of the museum was already heavy but Liam’s explanation to everything that has happened made it more heavy, but very eye-opening as well. We felt so sad and could relate as asians as our countries were colonized too 🥺 I learned a lot of things about Vietnam and the Vietnamese people from Liam! I admire and respect the people more! Liam was never boring too! He explained each happenings and moved on to the next. He knows the right timing to feed our curiosity to what had happened next!! 5 star for Liam!!
