1점 주려다가... 리무진 퀄리티가 좋아서 2점드립니다. 하루 전날 연락할 벙법이 없어요. 회사 번호도 다르고 더블체크 하기도 힘듭니다. 출발 당일 2시간전에 연락이 겨우 닿았어요. 그것도 바로바로 연락되는게 아니라 텀이 길어서 초조한 마음으로 기다렸어야 했어요. 리무진은 새차인지 비닐조차 뜯지 않은 상태라 매우 깨끗했습니다. 안마도 가능한 의자였고 내부도 넓었고 의자 기울기를 조절할 수 있어서 좋았습니다. 회사 또는 드라이바와 하루 전날이나 연락이 좀 잘 닿는다면 충분히 좋은 선택지가 될 갓 같습니다

The van arrived around the scheduled time. Just a heads-up that the van will pick up other passengers along the way before heading back to Hanoi, so the journey takes around 2.5–3 hours. There’s also a toilet break stop along the way. Overall, a convenient option, but do plan your time accordingly!

My booking from Hanoi to Halong bay experience was great Driver picked us on time and reached Halong Bay at 0755am - 11.30am . actually we can reach there earlier even though there’s toilet and shopping stop , sharing beens to wait for other guests who are not punctual Driver. also quite polite .

El conductor va arribar a l'hora, va ser educat i va conduir amb suavitat, sense que ens maregéssim. Si tornem a tenir l'oportunitat, sens dubte tornarem a contractar el servei.

Viatge molt còmode a Halong des de Sapa. Simplement confieu en el conductor en el trasllat de Sapa a Hanoi i Halong, amb un servei de deixada a l'hotel amb total facilitat.

The order stated a 9-11 seat luxury bus, but the bus that came to pick us up was an ordinary bus with 20+ seats. I consider this to be fraud.
