Classe de cuina tailandesa i tour pel mercat a Bang Tao, Phuket

Really happy I did this Thai cooking class before my flight home. The owners were super friendly and welcoming, and the chef made everything so easy to follow and interactive. We made these delicious dishes ourselves and everything turned out amazing! I highly recommend this experience to anyone visiting Phuket.

This was by far our favourite experience in Phuket. Chele, our guide and teacher was funny, knowledgeable and an incredible chef. She made the whole experience both entertaining and easy to follow. The visit to the local market gave us a fascinating insight into the traditional Thai ingredients, fresh produce, seafood, and meats making us appreciate the incredible flavours that go into Thai cuisine. The highlight was cooking the dishes ourselves, we were all amazed at just how delicious everything turned out! It was a fun, hands on experience from start to finish, and one we would recommend to anyone visiting Phuket. If I could I would give this class 10 stars, I absolutely would!

The experience with Arun Thai was incredible. I really enjoyed taking the tuktuk to the market. I got to see the local ingredients and also tasted some of the seasonal fruits. Love the local experience! The decor of the school is amazing with nice crafty vibes. very cosy and homely environment. The teacher was very patient with clear instructions. I felt it was the best phad thai that I ever had, great balance of flavour. We also got to experience making Somtum the local way. It was very appetising and refreshing. Very thankful of the great hospitality from the team! Thank you for taking great photos of us and the recipes!

Aquest encantador racó amagat en un poble tranquil prop de l'aeroport de Phuket és ideal per visitar just després d'aterrar, amb una relació qualitat-preu increïble i una vegetació exuberant per tot arreu. El càlid propietari de Singapur va cuinar al meu costat, va traduir amb paciència i fins i tot va compartir grans consells de viatge locals com el meu guia personal. Les receptes són senzilles de recrear i queden meravelloses. La seva dolça xicota va estar capturant fotos i vídeos de tota l'experiència divertida. Val la pena venir-hi!

Si visiteu Phuket amb la família, reserveu aquesta classe. De veritat. 😆 \Ens ho vam passar d'allò més bé de principi a fi. La visita al mercat va ser una gran experiència. Vam aprendre sobre ingredients locals, herbes i espècies dels quals normalment no sabríem gaire. El xef va ser pacient, coneixedor i va fer que tot fos fàcil de seguir, fins i tot per a principiants absoluts. Des de la preparació fins a l'emplatat, tot va ser pràctic i ben organitzat. Les receptes eren prou senzilles per recrear-les a casa, però plenes d'autèntics sabors tailandesos. El que més em va agradar va ser que no era només una classe de cuina, sinó que es va convertir en una activitat familiar on tothom es va implicar, va riure, va cuinar junts i va gaudir d'un àpat fantàstic al final. Sense complicacions, sense estrès, només bon menjar i grans records. Molt recomanable per a famílies, grups d'amics o qualsevol que estimi el menjar tailandès. P.S. La propera vegada, m'estalviaria el restaurant i tornaria directament aquí. Vam fer prou menjar deliciós per alimentar un exèrcit! 😆🍳✨

My friends and I spent a week in Phuket and were looking for a fun activity to do together. Since we had previously enjoyed a cooking class at Arun Thai Cooking School in Bangkok, we were excited to discover that they have opened a new branch in Phuket. The experience was as enjoyable as we remembered. The chef spoke good English, making the class easy to follow and entertaining. We especially enjoyed the tuk-tuk ride to the local market, where we got to learn more about the fresh ingredients used in Thai cuisine. The school is modern, clean, and conveniently located in Bangtao, close to our hotel. The staff were very warm and friendly, creating a welcoming atmosphere throughout the morning. We had a good time cooking, learning, and sharing the experience together. It was a wonderful way to spend a morning in Phuket, and I would highly recommend Arun Thai Cooking School to anyone looking for a fun, authentic, and memorable activity.

Vam reservar una classe de cuina amb un recorregut pel mercat durant el nostre viatge familiar, i va ser un dels moments més destacats de les nostres vacances. El recorregut pel mercat va ser una gran experiència per a la meva filla, que poques vegades visita mercats humits a Singapur. També va ser divertit tenir els meus pares amb nosaltres. Juntament amb el xef, van compartir consells sobre com triar ingredients frescos, i els nens van aprendre molt durant el procés. El xef va fer que la classe fos divertida i atractiva tot i parlar només un anglès bàsic. Els plats eren deliciosos i fàcils de preparar en família. Vam passar una estona meravellosa unint-nos i sens dubte tornaríem per aprendre més plats en el futur.

Vam reservar una classe de cuina per a la nostra família de 9 persones durant el nostre recent viatge a Phuket, i va ser una experiència excel·lent. Rarament cuino; de fet, l'última vegada que vaig entrar a una cuina per fer alguna cosa va ser fa més de 10 anys. Volíem una activitat que tant joves com grans poguessin gaudir, alguna cosa diferent que també unís a tothom. Això va ser exactament el que buscàvem. La sessió va estar ben planificada, des de la visita al mercat fins a la cuina i, finalment, gaudir dels plats que vam preparar nosaltres mateixos. Va ser atractiu, fàcil de seguir i, el més important, tothom es va divertir. Fins i tot em va fer voler tornar a entrar a la cuina. Felicitats a l'equip d'Arun Thai per una experiència memorable.

We had such a great experience at this cooking school! The class was both fun and very educational. We received a warm welcome, and since we happened to be the only participants that day, we ended up having a private cooking class, which made the experience even more special. Our instructor spoke excellent English, explained every step clearly, and was always happy to help if something didn’t go as planned. She patiently answered all of our questions with detailed explanations, which made it easy to learn and understand the techniques. We prepared four delicious dishes, and we learned so much throughout the class. Everything we made tasted amazing! Everyone working there was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and passionate. We would highly recommend this cooking class to anyone visiting the area. It’s a wonderful experience and definitely worth it!
