Servei SH Premium Lounge a l'Aeroport Internacional de Noi Bai (HAN)

A huge learning experience that the lounge service is after the immigration gate. We have waited til it open at 6am. Staff are considerate for us to avail our booking past yesterday due to miscalculation of time. Really had a great experience to use the shower and international breakfast with a glass of wine and lots of dessert to choose from. Thank you for the unforgettable birthday experience to end the trip with a bang

非常美好的體驗，地方易找，過了海關後向右轉，上一層即可見到。座位舒適，食物款式多，pho有牛肉/豬肉的河粉/米粉可選擇，都很美味。酒水款式多，有好幾款來自不同地區的紅白酒，還有一款意大利的sparkling。試了越南當地產的葡萄酒，水準並不理想，但其他酒倒是不錯。工作人員友善親切，令我在上機前渡過了愉快的時光。

great selection of food and drinks. relaxing chairs and strong wifi. clean toilets. friendly staff.

Very near to pur boarding gate so it was easy for us to access the lounge. Very comfortable place and nice choice of foods. Got the chance to use the massage chair 30min prior our flight.

lounge is perfect place to relax while waiting for your next flight. they do have a wide range of drinks both alcohol and non and other delicious fruits juices, wine and coffee. wide variety of light to heavy meals! complete toiletries and what i really like is the ambiance! so airy and comfortable

I stayed at the lounge around midnight. It was not that crowded and entry using the voucher was seamless. The food was ok, maybe 7/10. There were vegan options but no seafoods for pescetarians. Drinks were available (water, coffee, soda, and beer). The interior was well-decorated with comfortable chairs and power sockets near dining tables. The smoking area was clean with TV screen flashing flight status, and the exhaust was working well. I just hope that they add more toilets for female travelers because there were queues when I was there.

トランジットの間の時間で使いました。軽食の種類もそれなりにあり、あたたかいフォーがあったのが嬉しかったです。飲み物の種類もとても多く、ココナッツウォーターが美味しかったです。ペットボトルの小さい水があったので、持ち帰ってフライト中にいただけて助かりました。シャワーはフロントでの予約制ですが20分くらいで順番が回ってきました。シャンプーボディーソープドライヤータオルがあるので困りません。そしてハイテクなマッサージチェアもいくつかあり、フライトの疲れを癒せました。
