The homestay in Ninh Binh was also excellent, and the staff were exceptionally polite and welcoming. Overall, this was a fantastic travel experience and a service that I would highly recommend. Everything about the trip was excellent. We could fully customize the itinerary based on our preferred destinations, making the journey enjoyable for my whole family. A special thanks to the SST Travel staff, Mie who arranged everything so well. As I was traveling with my elderly parents, aunt, and uncle, she carefully planned the trip according to our needs, making it smooth and hassle-free. The only disappointing part was the service from the G8 sleeper bus staff. I accidentally mixed up the hotel address and hotel name and simply wanted to confirm the correct hotel to avoid any mistakes. However, the staff responded impatiently, saying, "Please wait," and later, "I already said I know, please wait." I wasn't trying to rush anyone—just making sure everything was correct. I hope SST Travel will consider using a different sleeper bus provider in the future. Other than this incident and the crowds during the local school holidays, my family and I were very satisfied with the trip 👍👍👍
