Easy way to go from the cruise terminal to downtown Shanghai. Disbarkation day can be chaotic, so it was nice to have a ride ready for us. Driver had a sign with my name on it.

I didn’t receive the driver’s contact number. We disembarked 1,5 hour earlier, so I think it will not hurt to ask the driver whether he’s already on standby, because usually driver came earlier than the appointed time. When I asked Klook to connect me to the driver, the agent only suggested me to wait until the appointed time and go to the meeting point despite my complaint that it was roughly 2 km away, I requested the agent to provide me with the driver’s number so I can arrange with him directly to no avail. So we have to wait 1,5 hours and dragged our luggages to the meeting point, only to find out that the driver was not there. I contacted the help center again, the agent was kind to find us solution, however we have to wait around another 30 mins to be picked up. Ironically, the driver was actually waited for us for 1 hour just outside where we were. My suggestion, don’t bother book from Klook from here, there are many taxis available with half the price and even less hassle.
