Què pots esperar
Forma part del ritual al primer taller tradicional de cafè turc de Turquia. Al centre de Göreme, a prop de restaurants i botigues boutique, selecciona grans, mol-los tu mateix en un molinet de mà antic, i prepara'l lentament sobre sorra observant l'escuma.
La lentitud és sagrada. Tu tries els grans, gires el molinet, subjectes el cezve. L'aroma del cafè acabat de moldre, la sorra càlida, la música suau, les converses sobre cafè amb convidats de diverses cultures.
Determina la barreja especial que s'adapti al teu paladar. Experimenta el mètode tradicional amb la guia de mestres. Controla tu mateix l'escuma, gestionant el procés amb mestria. Descobreix el cafè menengiç: sense cafeïna, amb un sabor a nous.
Ritual de la fortuna del cafè: tassa tancada, símbols llegits, significats discutits. Aprèn la història del patrimoni cultural llistat per la UNESCO. Paquet de regal: cezve de coure, tassa, cafè, llibret, te fresc, delícia turca.

The coffee workshop with Ece was a cool experience. Got to learn more about the history of Turkish coffee, and the coffee we tasted was great. Fortune-telling was also great, quite specific and some accurate!
We spent a good 2 hours at the workshop with Eren who was fantastic. He was super friendly and engaging! It’s one of our unexpected highlights from our trip in Cappadocia. It was much more than a regular coffee workshop - it felt like a nice coffee meet up with a local where you get to learn more about the history of turkey, the culture and the people. Highly recommend this for anyone looking for an evening activity in Cappadocia
Turkish coffee and fortune telling was an amazing experience!!! Every equipment were well prepared and she was so kind and knowledgeable about the culture. I highly highly recommend!!!

We had a fantastic experience today! Ms. Ece was a wonderful instructor—so welcoming and knowledgeable about the history of Turkish coffee. The fortune-telling session was a unique and mind-blowing experience. This workshop is a must-do in Cappadocia, especially if you're looking for the perfect indoor activity when it's raining!

구글에도 남겼는데 zehea 선생님이 굉장히 친절해요. 사실 영어권이 아니라서 동양인 사람들에게 대충대충 해줄수 있는데, 점술 시간에는 이해에 어려움이 보이면 바로 번역기를 켜서 편의를 제공해주셨어요. 만약 괴뢰메에 하루 더 묵었다면 다른 워크숍도 듣고 싶었는데 시간이 없어서 아쉬웠어요 🥹
