Best trip I ever book in Klook. The view is fantastic and the staff are very helpful and friendly. Even though there was some time reporting issue, which the staff told me that the pick up time was at 6.45am, but they came to my place at 6.20am, but it was just a small matter. This is a must book trip.

導遊很專業， 但是浮潛時可以注意一下游不快的團員，我因為腳抽筋遊不快，但是導遊完全沒注意到我，把我放在後面遊，我費了好大勁才回到船上

めちゃくちゃコスパ良く、1日楽しめました！ランチもほどほどに美味しかったです！同じようなツアーがたくさんあるのでホテルにお迎え来られた時必ず名前を目で確認することをお勧めします🥹最初に迎えに来られたバスに乗り込んだら別のツアーでした🤣

A fantastic day out. Organisation was smooth. Alex and the team were great.

The morning pick-up did not arrive even after the scheduled time, and I received no response on WhatsApp when I tried to contact you. I understand that delays can happen since the driver needs to stop at multiple hotels, and I was already aware that the arrival time might vary. However, the pick-up was nearly 40 minutes late. While delays are understandable, not providing any notification and not responding to messages causes unnecessary anxiety for guests and negatively affects the start of their day. This is quite disappointing and should be improved.
