L'operador, malauradament, va haver de reprogramar el nostre tour a causa d'una emergència amb el seu personal. Van tenir molta sort perquè vam poder canviar el nostre itinerari, altrament hauria estat una experiència terrible per a tothom. De totes maneres, Yudha, el nostre conductor i operador de dron, va ser increïble. Va ser molt amable i va fer moltes fotos fantàstiques. Encara no les he pogut veure totes, ja que encara estic viatjant, però va dir que mantindria el Google Drive durant un mes perquè pogués descarregar tot el material un cop fos a casa. També va oferir opcions quan va saber que ja havíem estat en una de les destinacions incloses en el tour d'un dia. En general, va ser un gran dia. Gràcies, Yudha.

Booked this bcuz' I wanted to capture all of the touristy things my hubby and I did for this Bali trip - for our 10th anniversary. Best decision ever! Yudha carefully planned our day trip with our requests and the drives were smooth, all activities done on point with no delays. Very professional and efficient in taking photos, drone videos, and sometimes using my iPhone to film some casual behind the scenes + taking photos. Sending over the files were quick too. Highly recommend! Definitely a must if you’re planning to capture the day and keep them in memories, or for the gram! "VANNYTELLYKLOOK" for %! 😉

My trip to Bali was indeed one for the books and definitely one of the best decisions ever made. Grateful for my tour guide Yudha Pramana for his help, guidance, and he took great vids and photos. Not only that, he also recommended local foods and other great spots to try. Highly recommended!

He even sent us all the original files — photos and videos — which blew my mind. How is this kind of quality even possible at this price? Plus, he picked us up from our hotel and dropped us off after. So kind and professional. If I go back to Bali, I’m doing this tour again, no question. 가이드가 영어를 하는 편이어서 소통에는 문제 없이 잘 다녀왔습니다. 왓츠앱으로 소통이 원활해서 매우 좋았어요 바로바로 답변 받았습니다. 중간중간 영상도 찍어서 주고 티르티강가에 가서 잉어밥 사서 사진에도 잘 나오게 해주는 센스를 발휘했습니다👍바닷가에서 너무 뜨거워서 타 죽을뻔 했지만 사진이 정말 예쁘게 나와서 만족합니다! 드론은 굉장히 멀리서 찍어줘서 얼굴이 잘 안나온 거 같지만 그래도 바다가 엄청 예뻐서 잘 나왔습니다❤️

I had a very good time with my family doing this activity. We visited all the places in the itinerary and took a lot of pictures and videos. The camera man was awesome and he helped us with clicking all the pictures. We had an exciting and fun day out and I am very happy with the way how the pictures turned out.
