Autobús de Hanoi a Sapa amb Sapa Express

Highly recommend traveling with Sapa Express! They’re very polite and attentive. You can’t get into the bus wearing shoes, which displays how clean it is. the pillow and the blanket were smelling good. the driver was very skillful and careful. we had two stops (for dinner and using the restroom, to use the restroom I paid 3.000dong which is fine because everything is very clean). I was able to get some sleep and when we arrived in Sapa, the driver let us sleep a bit more because it was early in the morning. Worth every penny!

Very good experience overall with Sapa Express! First, we had a few hours to kill in Hanoi before catching the bus to Sapa and we were able to leave our luggage at their office, which was very much appreciated. The bus was very clean and the staff was kind and polite. We made several stops during the night to use the restroom and get some move in, it was perfect as I tend to be the kind of person who needs several stops savohaha. There was wifi in the bus but unfortunately sometimes it didn’t work well (probably because of low network connection on the road), and also the USB-C on the charging pannel of the TV screen didn’t work (USB-A was working fine Thankfully). The AC was also working fine and it’s a savior as it can get hot very quickly in the cabin. The bed itself is quite hard, but I didn’t expect anything else as it’s a bus and therfore doesn’t have a real mattress. The overall experience was good and I recommend this transportation option !

We had a great trip from Hanoi to Sa Pa on the sleeper bus. The bus was nice and clean and I appreciate that everyone had to take their shoes off at the door to contribute to keeping it clean. Only issue I had was I was unable to connect to the wifi but I didn’t ask for help so it was probably something simple!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely the most comfortable bus ride ever! This was such an amazing experience traveling between Hanoi and Sapa. The bus was extremely comfortable, clean, and smelled fresh. The seats were so soft and cozy—it honestly felt like sleeping in a hotel bed 😭✨ Even though the journey was long, it felt effortless. I slept so well the entire way and woke up feeling refreshed when we arrived. The driver was very professional with smooth driving, which made the trip feel safe and relaxing. The staff were incredibly kind, helpful, and well-organized from start to finish. Snacks, drinking water, and great facilities were provided, making the whole experience even more enjoyable. 1000% worth it. I would definitely choose this bus again for my next trip to Sapa or Hanoi. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable, safe, and stress-free journey!

Easy to communicate and has outstanding safety standard. We didn’t pushed through to Sapa due to Landslide and the guide made a very good decision for us to turn around to Hanoi. I highly recommend this company and they even gave VND 50,000 as additional compensation for the inconvenience

chose the 18 seater bus for 7.10am pick up at 01 Vuon Street Sapa Express Parking. The driver contacted us via WhatsApp one day before departure to confirm the pick up point and timing. 7.20am departed with just 4 of us. 8.20am 20 minutes break. 10.30am break for 25min. he would drop passengers off at the airport for an extra fee. we arrived at Hanoi at 1pm and the driver even dropped us at the place we stayed. Driver was friendly, drove safely and able to communicate in basic English.

Comfortable seats for a long hour of travel. Free water was included. Staff was friendly and speaks good English so communication was easy.
