The full-day Sapa car with driver was a convenient way to explore the area. The vehicle was comfortable, and having a private driver made it easy to visit multiple attractions at our own pace. Overall, it was a practical and hassle-free transportation option.

An awesome way to tour the area. We customised our own itinerary, we went to Glass Bridge, then silver waterfall ( amazingly beautiful) , then late lunch at the beautiful and peaceful cloud boat cafe at Lao cai, then took a walk at Muong Hoa valley ( really a gem) , last stop at Moana cafe ( was an overcrowded cafe and we dont like the vibe) , then back to our hotel at Sapa pistachio hotel. We only booked this service 1 day before which was really last minute based on the latest weather forecast. Miss Anna was really quick to help us arrange for an amazing driver who drove us safely to our destinations comfortably. Miss Anna helped us get the tickets for glass bridge and our driver gave us instructions on the process when we reached there in simple English. Cloud boat cafe was a long drive from silver waterfall and wasn’t a place that normal tourists will go. So kudos for him to find the place and we had our best lunch and view of the valley there. We are happy with the service. :)

Love this service as you get to design your itinerary. Our tour supposedly starts at 9am but since our trip from Sapa to Hanoi was delayed, requested the same day to start at 10:30 which was accommodatded. The agent also is actively reaching our and even offer to book tickets to the attraction so we don't have to line up. Driver also is nice, despite not good at english, he constantly communicate via google translate. And on attractions that he is allowed to come one, he comes with us and offer to take photos. We are able to stay longer on places we took interest with and leave early for others with nothing much to do. Definitely getting this service again.

the operator contacted me via WA the day before our booked date. informed us of the car number, pick up hotel and itinerary. they even asked us if we have tickets or not on our itinerary so they can help buy for us. our driver is Do Mixi is courteous and very early. since we already saw his car parked outside our hotel, we approached him and ask that we leave early as well which he agreed to. We went to Cat cat village, Fansipan, Moana cafe and Po Mu cafe. on the way back, we asked to be dropped off at a restaurant near Sapa station instead of our hotel and he did. it was a smooth ride and pleasant experience, everytime he drop us off at our itinerary, we just need to WA him when we are done. He even offered other tourist spots to us incase we want to go there. this is a convenient way to travel. thanks to the operator and driver!

Ho recomano molt. Vam utilitzar el servei de cotxe i conductor de 8 hores i vam poder visitar 5 llocs a Sapa: Rainbow Bridge, Fairytale Land, Silver Waterfalls, Moana Cafe i CatCat Village. L'Anna, que va gestionar la nostra reserva, ens va donar molt bons consells i ens va ajudar a comprar les nostres entrades. El senyor Linh, el nostre conductor, és molt professional i capaç.

Vam reservar 8 hores. El pla era visitar Cat Cat Village, Rainbow Glide, el pont de fons de vidre, l'Alpine Coaster i Moana SAPA. El senyor Dung ens esperava d'hora al vestíbul del nostre hotel. Vam començar amb Cat Cat, vam fer moltes fotos allà i el temps total a Cat Cat va ser de 2 hores. Rainbow Glide es troba dins de Cat Cat Village. Després vam visitar el pont de fons de vidre, cadascú va pagar 500.000 VND, era un dia fred i boirós, vam fer moltes fotos i alguns de nosaltres vam pujar fins al cim. Vam provar la passarel·la suspesa entre els núvols i va ser divertit (150.000 VND). Vam passar més temps aquí al pont de vidre i vam haver de saltar-nos Moana SAPA i l'Alpine Coaster.

recommended for those who wants hassle free travel, 4 hours is not enough so we extended 2 hours. Ms. Anna is very helpful and book our ticket to glass bridge. our car got some problem but they replaced for new and drop us in our hotel safely. thank you for both driver who accompanied use for our trip.

Our Driver Long(zhung) was really good. First of all he arrived early and waited for us in the parking. He was very helpful throughout the day. Took us to the rice terrace with Cherry Blossoms and also stopped at all places where we can get good pics from the valley. He as well took our pics and took to a point where tou can see the panoromic view of entire sapa town. Anna was also very helpful. She insisted couple of places to us and the recommendation was amazing Cafe 1600 is the best. Best way to go around is to book full day transport from Klook (Anna is the local transport point of contact). Thanks Anna once again.

My itinerary includes going to Glass Bottom Bridge (Cloud Dragon Skywalk), Sapa Silver Waterfall, and O Quy Ho Heaven's Gate. I had so much fun taking pictures and being in control of my time. The driver, Mr. Truong, was very helpful with my luggage. He is also quiet and kind, which suits my kind of travel. Anna was my key contact and assisted me in securing a ticket in one of the places I wanted to go. Definitely recommend to book this!! You'll have control of your time, plus you can select where to be picked and dropped off.

We had an amazing Sapa Tour! Our driver/guide was friendly, and very flexible when it comes to changing of schedule. Highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting northern Vietnam. From start to finish, everything ran smoothly.
