Wonderful trip! Huge thanks to our professional and thoughtful tour guide, Edward. The days were filled with stunning Banff views, beautiful photo stops, and even hot drinks and snacks prepared by Edward — such a great experience. Highly recommend!

The tour was absolutely amazing! The itinerary was well-packed with a great variety of activities, and all the scenic spots we visited were breathtakingly beautiful. Our guide Mr. William was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and made sure everything ran smoothly. Plus, the driving was very safe and steady throughout the trip. I highly recommend joining this tour to all the people who are traveling to Banff!

Winter weather in Banff can be unpredictable, and during our tour, road closures meant we couldn’t follow the original itinerary. However, excellent customer service informed us well in advance and clearly explained the alternative itinerary, which immediately put us at ease. Despite the challenging conditions, our guide went above and beyond to make the day as enjoyable as possible. They carefully adjusted the plan, brought us to beautiful alternative locations, and made sure we never felt rushed or disappointed. Even though the weather wasn’t ideal, we still had an amazing experience and discovered stunning spots we might not have otherwise visited. Highly recommended!

Our guide, Tony, was right on time during the pick up and gave us a detailed brief of the itinerary. We stopped along the way when we saw some wildlife (mountain goats, elk)! We stopped by Bow Lake first and Abraham Lake (ice bubbles) second. Since it snowed a few days back, the lake was covered in snow so it was tough to find clear spots to see the ice bubbles through the frozen lake. 😢 Nevertheless, we found some! Everyone was given snow spikes to put on their shoes to help with walking in the snow and ice. Last stop was Peyto Lake with a short 1.5km hike up to the view point to see the snow-covered lake shaped like a 🐺! Overall, great experience with some hot chocolate and hot water for everyone to battle the -20/-30C weather!

Our journey through Banff’s winter wonderland was truly unforgettable. From the moment we set off, the Banff Journey’s team made every effort to keep us warm and comfortable in the snowy landscape. Their thoughtful touches and constant care made us feel safe, welcomed, and completely at ease throughout the entire day. We explored some of the region’s most breathtaking spots, each more magical than the last. Thanks to their free rental of crampons and snowshoes, we were able to walk steadily even when the trails were covered in deep snow. Turning what could have been a challenging trek into an enjoyable and worry-free experience. But what truly elevated the experience was the exceptional team behind the tour. They went above and beyond. Checking in on everyone, offering warm drinks and cozy comforts, and ensuring we never missed a moment worth remembering. Their passion, kindness, and attention to detail made the day not just beautiful, but truly special.

the guide/driver was 20 minutes late and it was raining really hard. no information if the tour will be late and all and customer service was not responding. good thing then the driver/gudie arrived, he was really accommodating. the tour went smoothly and had some few stops outisde our itinerary for a quick photo op. it was i think made exclusive because we are only 5 since our trip was not the common lake visits. colombia icefield was amazing. i had wished we could have availed the truck tour but we dont have time sinxe this location is very far from calgary, around 3hrs and a half. but all in all, we loved the tour.

If you want to make the most out of your stay in Banff! William was the guide and driver of the tour - William is knowledgeable and passionate about the tour. He aims to create for his customers a memorable and unique experience in Banff. Whilst most of the Banff tours have identical itineraries, Banff Journey's itinerary is different - they do not only take you to the usual popular locations, but they also take you to some hidden gems in the region (and also some hidden spots for better viewing of the beautiful scenery and of course, for taking perfect photos!) ! Subject to weather conditions and the preference of the other tour members, they also take into account your preference and tailor make the tour. For my tour, we managed to hit Castle Junction, Bow Lake, Peyto Lake, Vermilion Lakes, Cascade Ponds, Two Jack Lake, Lake Minnewanka, Bow River and Bow Falls on the day (we've been to some other popular spots on our own)! Of course, how many spots the tour can hit on the day will also depend on how long it stays at each spot.

a very considerate tour guide I ever met in Klook lol I believed in their professional. they understood I had limited time traveled in Banff, he tried his best to show me maximum spots as he can for me to take good pictures. tbh we went the places more than the schedule which stated on Klook lol

一開始遇到導遊William 就非常的熱情迎接我們也跟我介紹很多卡加利城市的東西，知道我們沒有吃早餐也盡力的找空檔讓我們去買，整段旅程都非常愉快導遊也很會拍照很樂於發現好的地點角度幫忙拍照。很愉快的一段旅程👍

아브라함 호수가서 버블보는걸 너무 기대했는데 상상이상이였습니다. 전날 눈이 와서 맑은 얼음의 호수는 아니라 버블을 찾으며 눈도 쓸고 했는데 그 값어치가 있었습니다. 함께 해준 가이드 Edward도 너무 친절해서 좋았습니다
