The private gondola was absolutely amazing – smooth, quiet, and incredibly comfortable. Having the space to ourselves made the ride feel luxurious and peaceful. The views were stunning, and it was the perfect way to take everything in without the crowds. Definitely worth it for a more personal, relaxing experience!

pricey but all worth it especially for a group of 5. chooae your preferred time. total time is a few minutes less than 30 but i think that's still enough time already.

I’m giving this 5 stars for the actual gondola ride which was a lovely experience, we were fortunate to get Dino a really friendly gondolier who took great pride in his craft and was happy to chat and answer questions. It was everything we could have hoped for. The service before getting the gondola however was poor we were told to arrive 10 mins early but I was almost told off for being there before our time slot and angrily told wait, I expected to wait until our time so that wasn’t a problem it was just the attitude. With no reassurance or interaction I became very nervous even though I followed the map pin on the booking to the location as other people turning up were told to wait then when they were finally allowed to show their ticket were told they were at the wrong place and when they asked which direction they should go, backs were turned to them and they were ignored. I understand it must be hard work dealing with so many tourists and language barriers having worked in the service industry myself, but it doesn’t excuse rudeness. Everything seemed like a big inconvenience to them with tutting and eye rolling at the smallest thing like scanning your ticket. I also think this experience will vary depending on the gondolier you get as I saw some smoking cigarettes, looking bored and ignoring their customers unlike ours who was very professional and gave great customer service. Thankfully the initial terrible service was offset by the wonderful experience afterwards.

The gondola ride was amazing! Beautiful views, calm atmosphere, and a very friendly gondolier — a must-do in Venice!

Easy to find and fast to redeem according to your booking time. fantastic boat ride with memories and alot of photos

We were late in getting to the site (because our train was delayed) but they still let us do the activity without any question. The gondolier was friendly and offered, for an additional €20 to give us a more scenic route (which we availed of 🤔), and a higher price if we would like to extend the activity which we opted not to because of the cold and foggy weather (late Dec., 12:30pm). The 30 mins. ended swiftly with the gondolier sharing and pointing out historical facts about Venice and the gondola industry.

Very fun experience and the booking was smooth. Their service were amazing as well. We really enjoyed it.
