The meeting point was not clear and can be confusing as it was very crowded. We were late for the meeting point, could not join the tour in time. We decided to approach travel agent office and they were kind to let us join the walking tour thereafter. Can be tiring as it is walking tour, for about 2 hrs. After the walking tour finished, we had another guide who took over to do the gondola ride. A good experience on the gondola ride. The seas can be rough then calm down when you reached the canal. Highly recommended activity if you dont mind walking for a stretch. Even though it was conducted in English, need listen more attentively as the guide's accent can be quite strong. Overall, the voucher was redeemable with the travel agency's help.

The guide was good. She tried to explain every single detail about the main venice city, even very minute details also. Only what i felt could be better was more clear in English language which made me not clear few things about the places we visited.

We had a wonderful time! This is my second time booking this package. Purpose now is to tour my parents. Thank you Valentina for the relevant information about Venice.😄

很棒的行程。早上介紹了很多威尼斯的歷史，中午坐船相當有趣。整體來說非常超值的一趟旅行

對於歷史、文化、建築與生活等各項細節有充分導覽和介紹

威尼斯徒步導覽，導遊導覽非常詳盡，時間大概1.5小時；因為時間上的關係，怕趕不上往佛羅倫斯的火車，所以我們來不及搭乘貢多拉，希望有機會可以再去體驗。

集合地點不容易找到，建議預早時間摸路。徒步導覽行程較為小眾而導遊英語不算流利，有機會再次選擇的話會另行安排貢多拉行程。
