Even the weather is not that good, the itinerary was well-planned, and we got to visit beautiful spots like the Barelang Bridge, different Mosque and enjoy a delicious seafood lunch. He was very friendly, approachable, and had great knowledge about the places we visited. Aquest va ser, sens dubte, un dels viatges d'aniversari més inoblidables que he fet mai! Una cultura increïble, menjar deliciós i un allotjament meravellós, tot va superar les meves expectatives. La nostra guia turística, la Riza, va ser absolutament excepcional. Té un coneixement increïble de la història de Batam i el va compartir amb molta passió i detall. És amable, atenta i molt implicada durant tot el viatge. El que més ens va impressionar va ser com sempre es va assegurar que les nostres preferències alimentàries fossin satisfetes. Com que ens encanta el marisc —especialment el cranc—, ens va mostrar els millors restaurants que coneix, i cada àpat va ser fantàstic. Vam gaudir realment de cada part de l'experiència: el menjar, la cultura, el cafè, els pastissos i fins i tot les compres de records. La Riza va fer el meu aniversari encara més especial amb una bonica sorpresa de pastís, que vaig apreciar profundament. La seva calidesa i consideració van fer que tota la celebració fos perfecta. Tour molt entretingut i informatiu ❤️ El nostre guia, el Sr. Agus, va donar dades interessants i va compartir històries sobre el lloc que vam visitar, assegurant-se que el nostre temps a Batam fos ben aprofitat i memorable. Vam gaudir de les activitats que vam fer durant tot el dia. En general, el nostre viatge va ser increïble i molt ben organitzat 👏🏻 sens dubte el recomanaria si voleu explorar Batam sense estrès 🫡 (a més, el Sr. Agus va sorprendre la meva mare amb un pastís ja que era el seu aniversari el 13 de gener! Mr Augus our tour guide was wonderful! We were picked up promptly at the sekupang terminal and we started our tour by going to guanyim statue, the activities such as flying carpet and then lunch at Barelang Kelong. Then we went for spa and foot reflexology Reborn at Nagoya, then trick eye museum, birds nest shop, and we had Nasi Padang before we return to Batam ferry terminal. Thank you for the great day!

It was my first trip to Batam with my son. Our tour guide, Jessica, gave us a wonderful experience—she arranged visits to various attractions and made sure we enjoyed a great meal even on a rainy day. We used our time well and had a fantastic visit. We also loved the activities and took lots of photos in Beliung Batam. The people were warm and friendly. We’ll definitely be back. Thank you!

I had a fabulous time today in Batam. I highly recommend this trip. The guide Jonny was very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the trip. Pick up was prompt and efficient in a fully air conditioned van. The Island is small but there are lots of historic buildings and sights to explore. Don’t sleep on getting out and exploring the outlines you’ll never regret it!

Visited Batam alone for my birthday celebration and Dian (the tour guide) went above and beyond. She’s very informative, takes good photo, and a very good driver, She even surprised me with a cake after our last stop. I went to IndoThai massage and it was very relaxing. On the occasion of our first visit to Batam, Indonesia, we had the pleasure of being accompanied by Mr. Gunawan, who served as our designated driver and local guide. He possessed extensive knowledge of the island’s geography, culture, and points of interest, and he efficiently facilitated our access to the most notable landmarks, attractions, and cultural experiences that Batam has to offer. Each site we visited was presented with contextual background and insightful commentary, thereby greatly enriching our understanding and appreciation of the locale. The culinary experiences, in particular, were remarkable; the variety and quality of local cuisine exceeded expectations and added significantly to the overall enjoyment of our trip. In light of the exemplary service we received and the positive experiences encountered, I am inclined to express a strong interest in returning to Batam at a future date, with the anticipation of further exploring its offerings.
