We chartered a vehicle for a day trip around Surabaya and to Sidoarjo. The driver, Ayyub, and car we got was superb. Ayyub did not need to use googlemap at all and knew all the locations by his finger tips. The car itself was also very comfortable. Highly recommend and hope you get the same driver and car as us.

司机真的人特别好，根据我们的行程开了一天一夜，真的很辛苦也很累，当时他非常敬业，最终安全并且顺利的完成了我们的行程。

driver came earlier than expected. accomodated with half an hour earlier start timing at the last minute. stayed in car and was ready at a minutes notice to pick you up. all surcharges were agreed upfront, no hidden fees except for parking and toll which understandably vary

Car was spacious and clean. Driver was early and already waiting for us. We informed we were heading to Malang. The extra was a little high for me and we had to pay for the toll fees. However the driver was friendly although lacks knowledge of Malang. Admin was helpful too, recommending places to us.

The Klook assigned driver, Fadhil is a fine young man, who is patient n courteous towards my both 80+ in laws n us. Our group of 5 leased the MPV n drove around Surabaya, managed to see n do lots of things in 1 day. Will suggest the same for friends who wants to come over to Surabaya for visit. thks
