first time using this and it’s fantastic! from the moment you walk off the plane, there is a buggy waiting for you with a guide and driver. this is a super express way to cut through queues and direct to immigration. good value as this is for a couple of us too.

出發前已收到主辦方聯絡，下機後立即有機場職員帶我們過海關，15分鐘內完成，全程很smooth. Thank you for Mr. Abdul Munir's great services. He gave us a very good impression of KL.

出發當天的早上，負責帶我們通關的工作人員John就用訊息跟我們聯絡，約好在華航報到櫃檯J5集合，幸好我們已經網路報到，剩下託運行李而已，可以不用排很久😅 託運好之後，就跟著John直接到special lane 過海關，也是拍照+雙手食指留印，就直接到G1 gate搭電梯下到地面層 就直接搭高級箱型車直達到C 登機樓，會先到一個咖啡廳，John說是只有頭等艙、商務艙和快速通關的客人才可以來的😎，喝了咖啡之後，就上樓也是走special lane出去，就到C登機樓的中央圓環處了。非常快速方便喔！

物有所值，落機就見到專人等候，上歌爾夫球車手，行特殊通道到機場外，再上豪華七人車到入境樓，電梯上去就是海關，全程專員跟及幫拿行李，10分鐘內已出境。

crossing the immigration was supwr easy..no hassle at all.but during redeeming the voucher,the man at the counter was totally unaware of my booking initially...anyway eventually he could find my booking and gave me coupon...

引き換え場所がわかりやすく、スムーズに受け取ることができました。ただ通常の入国レーンもそこまで混んでいなかったので、わざわざ買う必要はなかったかなというのが本音です。混み合う時間帯は利用する価値が十分あるサービスです。

다소 비싼감이 있는 상품입니다. 하지만, 말레이시아 쿠알라룸푸르 공항을 자주 입국한 저로서는 최소 30분에서 최대 1시간 이상 걸리는 입국 신고 대기줄을 단 몇분(5분 이내)안에 해결할 수 있는 이런 상품이 있다는 것만으로도 감사해야할 것입니다. 정말 최고의 선택이었고, 최상의 상품이었습니다.

We had an amazing experience. Mr. Camillus took an excellent care of us. He met us upon arrival, drove on baggy, assisted with the passport control,then with the baggage and accompanied to the driver meeting point. My mom has limited mobility, this service is super helpful. Thank you so much!
