- D2: Del monestir de Feilai al poble de Ninong, caminada per la gorja de Ninong fins a Yubeng superior (15KM, aproximadament 5 hores)
- D3: Del poble de Yubeng, caminada al llac de gel, i de tornada al poble de Yubeng (14KM, aproximadament 7 hores)
- D4: Del poble de Yubeng, caminada a la cascada sagrada, i de tornada al poble de Yubeng (14KM, aproximadament 6 hores)
- D5: De Yubeng, caminada per la gorja de Ninong fins a Ninong, i dispersió a Shangri-La/Lijiang (15KM, aproximadament 5 hores)

天堂在左，雨崩在右；眼在天堂，腿在地狱。全程下来腿很累，但是每爬上一个坡，每转一个弯，看到的美景都是值得的。我们的导游扎西非常棒，善良，负责。我们体力较弱，扎西一路上帮助我们，让我们更好完成徒步。

I didn’t realize that the guide was not able to speak English at all until I receive the first email from the tour which is 7 days before the tour start already. So the chance to cancel it was 100% penalty. However, luckily there’re 2 Chinese in the tour group can speak English very fluent. So they help me in this situation really well.

第一次尝试徒步，虽然菜但是还是走完了全程。很开心能够遇上一个好的领队-扎西，一个阳光开朗的大男孩，每次走最后一名都能耐心陪着我。已经喜欢上徒步了，之后等着挑战更高阶的路线吧。
