Hotel Forza Kyoto Shijo Kawaramachi

Convenient, nice staff, direct access to subway, modern amenities

high recommend

Great place to stay!

Great service and prime location. The location is unbeatable and very accessible. The staff were highly attentive, and our room was kept spotlessly clean. Like most hotels in Japan, the room was on the smaller side for two adults and two kids, but it worked for us. They offer luggage service if you are traveling so you don’t have to haul your luggage to the next hotel. That service was very helpful and it made things easier since we were traveling with kids. We really enjoyed our stay. The great service and convenience made it a wonderful experience.

Very clean rooms overall and great service

Right in the heart of Kyoto tourism this hotel allowed us to walk to Nishiki market, Poncho alley, and access to subways. Would recommend and stay again next time we are in Kyoto.

Very next to train station and well maintained hotel . Coffee in the lobby

Great location, clean rooms, helpful staff. Free coffee machine was great !

The room was larger than the average hotel in Japan. They offered additional amenities if needed, free coffee and sake (1 per person, per day) for guests. Great location to meander anywhere in this walkable city!
