It was our family trip and the room is comfortable, clean, and quiet. The location is near by a lot of restaurants and bus stops. We definitely will come back!!!!

The check-in process was easy and fast.The room was clean; the only complain I have, the bathroom had a urine smell that never went away throughout my stay. The location was convenient for me. The staff was friendly.

Great place to stay, nice middle area for Kyoto. Only small issues is their amentaties are not the best, their dryer for laundry was a huge line due to it not drying anything. Older equipment in rooms. Great staff as well!
