Excelente servicio al cliente. La habitación es espaciosa, cerca de tiendas y estación de tren. Muy bonito hotel en un área bien estratégica. Lo recomiendo 100%

Very clean hotel. Good breakfast, easy to use laundry machines and the staff was very helpful with our luggage transfers.

Great location close to train station, despite being on a busy street the room was very quiet, clean and comfortable. Lots of shopping and food options nearby. Room was small but the space was well used and very functional. We had a very pleasant stay.

Hotel was brilliant, really spacious room, with regular cleaning and lots of room to unpack and spacious bathroom and shower.
Service was fantastic really welcoming and helpful when looking after bags after checkout. Rooms were quiet even in a busier area and great to have option on public baths too if that's your thing.
Good location short walk into central Kyoto and loved the premium feel of this stay.
