The apartment is as basic as it gets. More comparable to a youth hostel. On the positive it was fine to accommodate for a family of four and conveniently close to Chapel Bridge.
However, the bed and bathroom are very basic. The bathroom needs updating as there was peeling paint on the ceiling and door. I
Kitchen functional but basic.
Only four bath towels provided. No hand towels. Elevator was broken on our exit where we had to carry luggage and bags for a family of four down five flights of stairs.
If you’re only staying in Lucern for a day, it is fine. But more than a day, I would reconsider.

Great location. Easy to walk to shopping, train and bus. Check in smooth and property manager very helpful. We were able to drop off our luggage before check in. Nice space. Only negative was the bath tub was very slippery and slightly raised off the ground so you had to be very careful. No AC but that seems to be common in Europe. Fans were provided

চমৎকার A number of repairs needed: kitchen sink faucet, stuck bathroom door, door handle fell out, screens in the windows (bugs at night). Otherwise the location in Lucerne was good - a few blocks from the river. The outside of the building needs cleanup and a lighted entryway for guests to feel safer.
