Room key never worked. They had to manually open for me and told me that i had to wait for the next day to fix the issue. Why can't you just transfer me to another room? Room was not very clean. I would not stay there next time. I've stayed in other Ibis Styles and this falls behind.

Staff that checked us in was very friendly and welcoming. She spoke English well, which we really appreciated. Room was larger than our other rooms in Switzerland and the location was close to our activities in Lucern.

El staff de recepción chévere pero el del desayuno no muy simpático. Los cuartos son minimalistas con muy poco espacio para guardar ropa y efectos personales. El restaurante sólo ofrece desayuno. La localización es excelente, cerca de todo.
