Thank you for your cooperation and patronage. 1.Please confirm your room number, emergency exit and location. 2.Check-in time is after 16:00, check-out time is before 11:00, late fee is NT$150/per hour, over 3 hours will be charge one day’s fee. 3.Due to the quality of the accommodation, visitor time ends at 23:00 and charge for late. 4.No pets, no cooking, no loud noises, no take drugs, no dangerous items, no acts which endanger public safety and the well-being of guests. If necessary, we’ll call the police. Thank you for your cooperation. 5.Please keep personal valuables safety. (A small safe box in the room) Hotel without any responsibility to keep them. 6.Please cherish hotel’s belongings. Don’t move, damage or take out of the hotel. We’ll prosecute and seek compensation according to law. 7.To ensure a safety stay, please make sure the door is locked. If you want to clean the room, please press ”room cleaning” light on. (Before 14:00) Otherwise, we won’t into your room. 8.Please return the room key when you check out. If loss , will be charge NT$300/each. 9.Wireless WIFI : Password 072867069 room →search ROOM ID 2F →search 2F Restaurant LOBBY →search CLOUD HOTEL LOBBY 10.Free self-service laundry and coin-operated drying services: The R floor has free laundry facilities (wash powder/front desk payment) and a coin-operated dryer (NT$30/each time) Opening hours 06:00~23:00. 11.2nd floor buffet breakfast restaurant opening hours 07:00~10:00 (please assist with recycling tableware and NO take-out) 12.Lobby business computer opening hours 08:00~23:00. 13.Bicycle services: Deposit is NT$1000 or ID (NT$50 an hour from the fifth hour) 
 14.Other services :payment photocopies, faxed and free call a taxi (Call the Front Desk please dial 2)
