Customer Service is pretty good here. I was surprise that they provided naked open air hotspring bath on the rooftop. We smelled a little smoke smell in our room. It doesn't bother so we don't bother to change room. Anyhow bed is comfortable. We have hotspring bathtub in our room. It is facing the town of Jiaoxi. Overall we enjoy our stay very much. They also provide a very simple tea time break for guest. Drinks, Taiwanese dessert and some crackers.

nice in room hot spring water to a generous 2 people tub. A/C is great, precheckin tea and snacks was nice. could use a in-hotel bar. wife loved the rooftop public bath for women, I did not try mens side as i was content with inroom soaking.

The room was great and the bathroom was spacious. Check in was extremely difficult and stressful - since I booked with Expedia there was difficulty in finding the reservation.

Don’t understand how this hotel has such a high rating? Management needs to evalute their cleaning standards!! Found dust underneath bed and in the air the minute I walked into the room and started the ac. The in-room onset/hot tub and shower had mold forming in the grout between the tiles. Last but not least the drain at the outdoor saunas started to backup and flood the floor; make sure you are wearing slippers or some kind of foot covers.
