They staff was very accommodating to help change my type of room. They were also very helpful with trying to figure out sending my bags to another hotel days later.

Heating and cooling system are centralised only. Guests are unable to adjust the temperature, mode in the room. The smell of cigarettes smoke from the smoking rooms/floors is reaching the elevator.

Room is too small but there is no place to sit in the building.
I loved Nagoya Apa hotel that had many seating area in the lobby.
One of the front desk person in the night shift was grumpy, we didn’t appreciate his when we are having trouble with parking.

Funny smell in the restroom and no heat, no control over AC. Paper thin walls/ceiling and noise all night from above. Staff was excellent.

The hotel is very very old and needs major updating. The staff is wonderful came to my rescue then a big ugly bug flew into my room (10th floor) and planted itself on the curtain. I opened the window bc you cannot adjust the air conditioner.
