Very well located a couple of blocks from Aomori station. Typical Japanese business was hotel that work very well but if it is your first time, be aware of self check in, self check out and you have to manage even when your room will be cleaned.
Excellent breakfast with lots of choices mostly Japanese, but also western!!! The best!!!

My room was a little on the smaller side but it was very clean and had a nice view. The hotel is conveniently located near the train station and several other places including the visitor center, Nebuta museum, waterfront, restaurants, etc.

Spacious bedroom with good amenities, good breakfast, very nice / clean / bright bathroom with separate toilet.

The hotel looked new, almost out of place with the surrounding buildings.
The suite was spacious, modern, and clean. Two TVs, ReFa and Dyson hair-care products, a massage chair, a large living area, and a double-mirror/sink bathroom with a "rain" shower were great. The view was also nice.
The laundry room on the ninth floor was small, but efficient. The machines were a dual washer and dryer. They ran for two hours. A PIN code was required to open the machines, preventing items from being stolen. Ingenious!
The breakfast was not special, but good nonetheless.
My only complaint is that the hotel is a six-minute walk from Aomori Station.
My family and I were sad to leave our room and hotel!
