2)When the booker and the actual guest are different (resale/transfer strictly prohibited)Resale or transfer of bookings is strictly prohibited.If someone else books on your behalf, you must notify the property in advance. The booker must provide, via the original booking platform (OTA) order message, and confirm the following:i)Booking information: correct booking number and the total number of rooms booked.ii)Booker’s details: the full name and phone number registered for the booker in the system.iii)Actual guest details: the full name and contact phone number of the guest(s) who will stay.If the guest only shows a screenshot of the order and cannot provide the above complete information or if information does not match or appears to be an illegal transfer/resale, the property may refuse check-in and treat the reservation as a no‑show for that date with no refund. 3)Collecting room keys on behalf of others & multiple-room check-ins.If a travelling companion collects room keys on behalf of others before they arrive, the following must be completed by 22:00: “booking-holder authorization message + confirmation of designated guest details + registration of actual guest ID documents + deposit payment.”When collecting multiple room keys for companions, you must provide the correct names of accompanying guests. Guests who have not yet arrived must present valid ID (ID card / national health card / passport / residence permit) at the front desk no later than the next day before check-out to complete registration. 4) Security depositFor bookings where a deposit applies, a security deposit of NT 3,000 per room is required at check-in.The deposit serves as security for compliance with house rules, identity registration, and for any potential damage to the room, amenities, or public facilities.If one person collects multiple room keys on behalf of others, they must pay the full deposit for each room collected. 5) Deposit refund and deductionsThe deposit will be fully refunded at check-out after the property confirms no of the following irregularities occurred:Missing or incomplete ID details for all registered guests, or mismatch in registration information.Smoking in the room (including e-cigarettes).Damage to or loss of room items, amenities, or public facilities.Strong lingering odors in the room (e.g., heavy perfume, essential oils, food odors) or severe soiling (e.g., vomit or other difficult stains) that require specialized deodorizing or cleaning and prevent the room from being ready for the next guest.Any other charges as required by house rules.Bookings with unclear or suspicious sources, such as illegal resale/secondary sales.If any of the above occur, the property will deduct from the deposit the actual cleaning or repair costs. If the actual loss exceeds the deposit, the property reserves the right to pursue additional compensation. 6)Important remindersA screenshot of a booking is for reference only and is not valid proof for check‑in or key collection. All guests must present a valid government‑issued ID at check‑in.Please confirm your booking details and designated guest names before arrival, and complete the check‑in procedures by 22:00.We strictly prohibit resale or transfer of bookings. If you discover that a booking was purchased through unlawful resale or from an unknown source, please report it immediately. Otherwise, the property reserves the right to charge for the room and may refuse check-in.To protect guest safety and the rights of all guests, please help us prevent illegal resale and maintain accommodation quality. The front desk will stop processing check-ins after 22:00.If you arrive late and have not contacted the property in advance to confirm, your reservation may be treated as cancelled/no‑show for the booked arrival date and any prepaid room charges will not be refunded. Starting on 1 January 2025, this hotel will no longer provide disposable amenities in accordance with government regulations.
