The driver arrived timely at 2am. They communicate via WhatsApp too. Young driver and good skills! The issue was only the car which was infested with cockroaches.. killed a few and quite annoying! The transfer for the jeep ride was also smooth. Toilets which are available belongs to residents in the area which were old sch & filthy. I controlled my bladder till we reached the cafe abt 7hrs later. Many other drivers dbl up as photographers clicking more than 100+ shots. Ours we had few picts taken during sunrise & more were captured at the black lava. The weather was chilling while waiting for sunrise abt 2hrs. Better to bring shawl or jackets! The view was great. A resident there at the point sells cup noodles etc to warm yourselves! Throughout the trip it was as advertised! Sceneries were awesome! Reached our hotel abt 2pm! Should try it at least once for the experience.

Best tour and tour guide ever! This was our honeymoon and our first visit to Bali, and booking this tour was one of the best decisions we made! We were lucky enough to have Jerry as our tour guide, and he truly made our experience unforgettable. Jerry was incredibly kind, attentive, an amazing photographer and extremely knowledgeable about Balinese culture. He shared so many interesting insights throughout the day and made every stop even more meaningful. His friendly personality and genuine care ensured we had an amazing time from start to finish. This was easily a 100/10 experience! If you’re looking for the perfect way to explore Ubud, this tour lets you experience so much in just one day. We couldn’t have asked for a better introduction to Bali. P.S. If you have the option, definitely request Jerry as your tour guide—you won’t regret it!

We had the best day with our guide Leo ! From the moment he picked us up, he made us feel so welcome and comfortable. He took us to three absolutely stunning waterfalls, and everything was perfectly planned so we could simply relax and enjoy the experience. He was incredibly kind, funny, and easy to talk to. We even shared lunch together, laughed a lot, and had such a great time throughout the day. It felt like spending the day with a friend rather than just having a guide. He was also very patient, gave us plenty of time at each waterfall, took great photos for us, and made sure we were always safe and having fun. If you’re visiting Bali, don’t hesitate to book a tour with him. He truly made our day unforgettable, and we couldn’t have asked for a better guide. Matur Suksma !

cir was amazing & very flexible with where we wanted to go. when our plans had to change he had came up with options for us and gave us lots of helpful advice. super friendly, and at the rice terrace he explained the importance of the temple & the recent ceremony that happened. would book again with him!!

just amazing !!!! waw the driver Jhon is beyond helpful , very nice and friendly and mostly patient and respectful. for the sunrise hike I had Suriya as a guide very patient strong and helpful. he took amazing photos of me and he helped me litterly held my hand and waited for me while I was struggling to hike ( not that easy of a hike fyi). he even brought me water🥹. if you’re booking this tour and want an A star experience make sure to have Jhon and Suriya and you’ll guarantee an epic day !

I had an amazing experience with Aditya on my Klook Instagram Tour! He suggested leaving earlier than the scheduled time so we could queue first, and it was the best decision—we avoided the crowds and had a much better experience. He was incredibly thoughtful, always making sure I had water, never rushing the itinerary, and checking that I was happy throughout the tour. He's also a fantastic photographer who knows how to capture great shots. Overall, his professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail exceeded my expectations. আমরা দেখলাম বালিতে একটি ফায়ারফ্লাই গার্ডেন আছে এবং এটিকে আমাদের অবশ্যকরণীয় তালিকায় যুক্ত করেছি। আমি একটি ট্যুরের সন্ধানে ক্লুকে এসেছিলাম এবং আমি খুব খুশি যে আমি এসেছিলাম!! আজ আমাদের গাইড হিসেবে ছিলেন চমৎকার ফারহান এবং তিনি আমাদের ট্যুরকে খুব সহজ করে তুলেছিলেন!! তিনি কেবল সময়মতোই ছিলেন না এবং যোগাযোগ করা খুব সহজ করে দিয়েছিলেন, আমরা মোটেও তাড়াহুড়ো অনুভব করিনি। তিনি এমনকি আমাদের ট্যুরের বিশেষ মুহূর্তগুলো ক্যামেরাবন্দী করে আমাদের ফটোগ্রাফারও হয়েছিলেন, যা ছিল খুবই দয়ালু! বালিতে এটি আমার করা সেরা ট্যুর এবং আমাদের ছুটির একটি নিখুঁত সমাপ্তি ছিল!! আপনি যদি একটু ভিন্ন কিছু খুঁজছেন তবে আমি এই দিনের ট্রিপটি অত্যন্ত সুপারিশ করছি! 😃😃
