Seville Cathedral-এ করার মতো জিনিস

Stepping inside the church, one is instantly transported from the scorching Andalusian sun into a tranquil and solemn sanctuary. Looking up, the towering Gothic arches stretch and intertwine like colossal trees carved from stone. Sunlight streams through the stained-glass windows, casting colorful halos onto the mottled stone floor. At the deepest part of the nave is the breathtaking main altarpiece (Retablo Mayor). Countless gilded statues intricately depict biblical stories, shimmering in the faint candlelight, exuding a quiet yet powerful force. However, the most striking feature within the church is undoubtedly the Tomb of Columbus. Statues of the four Spanish kings—Castile, Leon, Aragon, and Navarre—bear the navigator's coffin aloft. Standing before the tomb, the stark contrast between the tumultuous age of maritime power and this serene hall evokes a profound sense of the ebb and flow of time and history.

সেভিলের এই দিনের ভ্রমণ প্রায় নিখুঁত ছিল। ক্যাথেড্রাল এবং রাজপ্রাসাদ এতটাই সুন্দর যে বর্ণনা করা কঠিন। পুরনো শহরের স্থাপত্য ছিল মনোমুগ্ধকর, এবং এর পরিকল্পনা ও বিন্যাস ছিল পাঠ্যপুস্তক-স্তরের নিখুঁত। ক্যাথেড্রাল এবং রাজপ্রাসাদের টিকিট যদিও সস্তা ছিল না, তবে তা সার্থক ছিল! রাজপ্রাসাদে একটি শক্তিশালী ভারতীয় অনুভূতি রয়েছে, যা ইউরোপের মূলধারার রাজপ্রাসাদের স্থাপত্য শৈলী থেকে সম্পূর্ণ আলাদা।

সেভিল একটি খুব সুন্দর শহর। ইতিহাস ও সংস্কৃতিতে ভরপুর। আমরা এখানে আরবি-ইহুদি-খ্রিস্টান সংস্কৃতির ত্রয়ী একসাথে দেখতে পাই। আমাদের গাইড সামা-এল স্থানগুলো সম্পর্কে খুব জ্ঞানী ছিলেন। আমি আলকাজারকে খুব ভালোবাসি। এই গ্রুপে যোগ দেওয়া সার্থক। শুধুমাত্র খুব গরম আবহাওয়া (৪৩ ডিগ্রি সেলসিয়াস পর্যন্ত) হাঁটার সফরটিকে কিছুটা কঠিন করে তোলে। অন্যথায় আমি এই সফরের জন্য, বিশেষ করে আমাদের গাইড সামা-এলের জন্য, দুই thumbs up দেবো। অত্যন্ত সুপারিশযোগ্য।

আমি ক্লুক পাসের মাধ্যমে আলকাজার এবং ফ্ল্যামেনকো পেয়েছি। এটি ভালো ছিল কারণ আমি দুটি কার্যকলাপ আলাদাভাবে বুক করার পরিবর্তে কিছু অর্থ সাশ্রয় করেছি। আলকাজার অনেক বড় ছিল, গ্রীষ্মকালে এটি খুব গরম হয়ে যায় তাই আপনার পাসপোর্ট/পরিচয়পত্র এবং জল সঙ্গে নিতে ভুলবেন না। সেভিলে আমাদের শেষ দিনে আমরা ফ্ল্যামেনকো শোটিও উপভোগ করেছি।

A wonderful experience in Seville! We really enjoyed the guided tour of the Real Alcázar, Seville Cathedral and the Giralda. The tour was very well organized, and our guide was friendly, knowledgeable and explained the history of each place in an interesting and easy-to-follow way. The Alcázar was absolutely beautiful, with its impressive architecture and gardens, while the Cathedral and Giralda were truly spectacular. Having a guide made a big difference, as we discovered many historical details that we would otherwise have missed. A very enjoyable and informative tour and definitely one of the highlights of our visit to Seville. Highly recommended!
