ম্যান্ডি পুরো সময়টা জুড়েই খুব দয়ালু এবং মিষ্টি স্বভাবের ছিলেন! শুধু তাঁর জন্যই আমি আবার বুকিং করব! তিনি অত্যন্ত তথ্যবহুল, সহায়ক এবং আরও অনেক কিছু ছিলেন! খোঁজাখুঁজির সময় আমি কোথায় বুক করব তা নিয়ে নিশ্চিত ছিলাম না, তবে আপনি যদি দ্বিধায় থাকেন তবে অবশ্যই এটি বেছে নিন! এটি সুন্দর ছিল! তিনি সত্যিই আমাদের অভিজ্ঞতা এবং এটিকে সেরা করে তোলার বিষয়ে যত্নশীল ছিলেন।

হাকোনে এবং মাউন্ট ফুজি ট্যুরে আমাদের সময়টা দারুণ কেটেছে, আর আমাদের ট্যুর গাইড ক্যাপ্টেন জ্যাককে অনেক ধন্যবাদ পুরো ভ্রমণটিকে এত উপভোগ্য করে তোলার জন্য! তিনি পুরো যাত্রা জুড়ে আমাদের সাথে ছিলেন, সবাই স্বাচ্ছন্দ্যে আছে কিনা, মজা পাচ্ছে কিনা এবং প্রতিটি স্টপে কী হচ্ছে তা সবাই বুঝতে পারছে কিনা তা নিশ্চিত করেছেন। আমরা সুন্দর হাকোনে পরিদর্শন করেছি, আগ্নেয়গিরি এলাকায় গিয়েছি যেখানে আমরা বিখ্যাত কালো ডিম খেয়েছি, হ্রদ ইয়ামানাকার চারপাশের দৃশ্য উপভোগ করেছি, এমনকি হাঁসদের খাবারও খাইয়েছি। এছাড়া আমরা একটি সুস্বাদু জাপানি ইলের খাবার খেয়েছিলাম, যা নিশ্চিতভাবেই দিনের অন্যতম সেরা আকর্ষণ ছিল! ক্যাপ্টেন জ্যাক বন্ধুত্বপূর্ণ, সহায়ক, জ্ঞানী এবং দারুণ সেন্স অব হিউমার সম্পন্ন একজন মানুষ। পুরো ভ্রমণ জুড়ে তাকে আমাদের সাথে পাওয়া সবকিছু সহজ ও স্বস্তিদায়ক করে তুলেছে। আমাদের একটি স্মরণীয় অভিজ্ঞতা নিশ্চিত করতে তিনি সত্যিই সাধ্যের অতিরিক্ত চেষ্টা করেছেন। এই ট্যুরটি অত্যন্ত সুপারিশ করছি, বিশেষ করে যদি আপনি ক্যাপ্টেন জ্যাককে আপনার গাইড হিসেবে পাওয়ার মতো ভাগ্যবান হন! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

দিনের জন্য আমরা ভাগ্যবান ছিলাম কারণ মাউন্ট ফুজি পুরোপুরি এবং বিভিন্ন জায়গা থেকে দেখা সম্ভব হয়েছিল। মান্ডি আমরা যে জায়গাগুলো দিয়ে গিয়েছি সে সম্পর্কে সমস্ত তথ্য এবং জায়গাগুলো ভালোভাবে উপভোগ করার জন্য সেরা টিপস দিয়েছেন। হ্রদ এবং মাউন্ট ফুজির দুর্দান্ত ফ্রেমওয়ার্কে আমাদের মোবাইল ফোন দিয়ে ছবি তোলার প্রস্তাব দিয়ে তিনি অত্যন্ত মনোযোগীও ছিলেন।

Beautiful experience! We saw a ton of wonderful places and took many many photos! Our guide Luna was amazing, she guided us throughout the whole excursion and gave us many different insights. We managed to do everything and were also able to see mount Fuji in spite of the cloudy weather. Definitely recommend!

We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves during this trip as we were lucky to have a clear day to enjoy Mt Fuji clearly from Fujisan World Heritage Centre. The views at Hakone and Owakudani were spectacular with all the volcanic activities. We ended our day with a cruise on the peaceful Lake Ashi.

We had such a great experience with our tour guide, Will! He was so funny, knowledgeable, kind, and patient with all of our questions. He made the whole day enjoyable and kept us laughing. We didn’t get to see Mt. Fuji because it was hiding behind the clouds, but the tour was still absolutely worth it! I really appreciated that Will and the team waited a little longer to give us a chance to see if the clouds would clear. It showed how much they genuinely wanted us to have the best experience possible. Will even gifted us a Japanese golden turtle, which symbolizes longevity and good fortune. Such a thoughtful little souvenir that made the experience even more special. Our driver was also wonderful and got us everywhere safely and comfortably throughout the tour. I highly recommend this tour! Even without seeing Mt. Fuji, we had such a fun and memorable day. We’re planning to book again when we come back during the winter, and hopefully Mt. Fuji will show itself next time! 🗻🇯🇵

We had such a fantastic experience on this tour. Despite the weather not being particularly kind to us and Mount Fuji deciding to stay hidden for the day, we still got to see and do so much and had a genuinely brilliant day. A huge part of that was down to our guide, Erik. He was fantastic throughout, sharing so many interesting insights, stories and pieces of history along the way. It added so much to the experience and really made the day for us. What surprised us most was just how much you get to experience on this tour. Even without seeing Fuji, we came away feeling like we’d had a really full and memorable day rather than feeling as though we’d missed out. And actually, we’re not disappointed that Fuji didn’t make an appearance, because now we have the perfect excuse to come back! When we do, we’ll be much better prepared and fully armed with all the tips on what to do, what not to do and how to make the most of the area, thanks to Erik. An excellent guide. Thank you, Erik!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Amazing Mount Fuji Tour! We had an amazing all-day Mount Fuji tour, and Ran was fantastic! He was both our guide and driver and made the entire day comfortable, easy, and enjoyable. Ran was friendly, knowledgeable, patient, and very accommodating. He made sure we got to all of the planned stops, kept everything running smoothly, and shared great information along the way. He made the day feel relaxed and stress-free. We had such a memorable experience and would 100% recommend Ran and this Mount Fuji tour. Five stars all around! ⭐️

Serina was incredibly thoughtful. Our group came from various places, and only my companion and I, along with another gentleman, spoke Chinese. She would tell us in both Chinese and English where we were going next and where the famous photo spots were, even providing diagrams so we'd know how to get the best shots. Plus, Hakone was very crowded, and we were worried about getting lost. Sometimes, when the main group was ahead, and we got cut off by other groups, she would constantly turn back to check on us. Lastly, I really love Serina's voice; it's so pleasant and gentle. I highly recommend Serina, and I hope to have the chance to join her tour again next time I visit Japan.
