The environment is clean and comfortable, the space is very large, and the treatment is incredibly relaxing. Other massage places always make my nose feel stuffy, but this one doesn't. They even place a basin with essential oils under the bed to steam your nose, which is perfect for couples!

very good value for money, you can choose your preferred oil, private room for 2 with bath tub and shower. i could have preferred a hard massage but was satisfied after the session though i can feel that the masseuse is already tired, she still did her best. they also dropped us at the airport aftrler we enjoyed the free tea and cookies

I saw a review from a year ago mentioning Suniadi, and he's absolutely fantastic! Even though I requested medium pressure, the massage was incredibly refreshing and thorough. From start to finish, the entire treatment given was professional, deeply relaxing, and beautifully executed.We were given a private room with a jacuzzi attached, which made the entire experience feel incredibly intimate and luxurious. The therapists were fantastic, the ambiance was serene, and the private jacuzzi at the end was the perfect romantic touch to celebrate our honeymoon.Highly recommend this package to any couples visiting Bali! Easy to book and the environment was very relaxing and enjoyable. There are birds and trees which line the middle of the room which makes this very unique.

We contacted them via WhatsApp beforehand, and they picked us up at our hotel. Since there was a mall nearby, they dropped us off there on the way back, and we enjoyed some food and shopping before taking a taxi home. I found the location to be very convenient. As this was my first massage, I can't technically compare it to other places, but it felt wonderful, and I was completely satisfied with the experience.

Second time doing the spa here (first time booking via the hotel) and felt totally relaxed after the treatment. The only difference between booking via klook and direct is the atmosphere/ambiance of the treatment. We were brought to a hotel room (converted to a spa room) so feels less private. Therapists are skillful and experienced. Will come here again.
