Everything was perfectly organized, making us feel very secure and allowing us to fully relax and enjoy our vacation. What's even more commendable is that Xiao Yu (Yukino) proactively offered to take photos for the group members! Not every tour leader does this, and it was a huge bonus! Driver Mr. Sun also drove very smoothly and safely, and his demeanor was very friendly. Additionally, I must mention that the fellow travelers on this tour were of very high quality; everyone was incredibly punctual and polite, making the entire trip exceptionally smooth. First, I'd like to thank our tour guide, Ms. Anna, for leading us on the Tateyama Kurobe Alpine Route tour on May 8th. From the moment we boarded the bus, she provided very detailed explanations and repeated them in both Chinese and English. It seemed like if there were Japanese participants, she might have even explained it in Japanese again. She was able to explain the origins of everything, from the history of Tateyama and its scenic spots to the herbs on the Chizushi bento box, which was truly impressive. Furthermore, during the tour, she would always be the first to arrive at the meeting point, holding her flag high, and would frequently offer helpful tips, such as information on limited-edition local products, seating areas, recommended seating positions on public transport, crowd control, and perfect timing. In short, she is a truly admirable person. Regarding the attractions, I honestly feel we were very lucky. I initially thought it would be a day ruined by heavy rain, as it was pouring heavily on the way to Tateyama Station... My heart sank at that moment. I thought, "How are we going to enjoy anything like this?" However, from Tateyama Station onwards, the rain stopped. Then, at Murodo, at a crucial moment, there was only fog and wind, but the visibility was still very good, making the experience uniquely enjoyable. The fog even created a snow-like, yet not quite snowy, atmosphere. Besides our own group, I saw many other tourists having a great time. Later, at Daikanbo, there was no rain or fog when we were at the observation deck or riding the ropeway. We were able to take in the entire panoramic view, which was truly breathtaking. Any photo taken there could easily be a postcard. At Kurobe Lake and Kurobe Dam, I had heard there would be significant rain, but by the time our group arrived at Kurobe Lake, the rain had stopped, and visibility was incredibly high. The unobstructed view of the dam was another kind of spectacular and magnificent sight. Was our group blessed with some special luck? Thank you to our tour guide and the hardworking driver. Watching him drive precisely and smoothly on the dark, winding roads on the way back showed his extensive experience. Most of the tourists, including myself, slept soundly. Thank you to all the staff for providing us with such a wonderful experience on this one-day tour! I would definitely recommend this to friends who aspire to travel independently but also want an easy way to experience the Kurobe Tateyama Alpine Route.

We had a great time on this tour and are so glad we booked it! If we could give extra stars, we would. Carp was such a great tour guide — so engaging, friendly, and informative. We appreciated how kind and considerate she was with pointing out where the stamps were when she saw we were collecting them + making sure we were on time but also giving us a lot of grace and space to take in everything. There were clear instructions and communication on how to meet, what the schedule was going to be, and they even provided us food at the end of our long day. Moreover, the Tateyama-Kurobe Alpine Route was BEAUTIFUL. We were in awe of everything and truly believe we had such a great time thanks to Carp. She even helped us get into another tour with her last minute for a few days later to Hitachi Seaside Park! The Tateyama Kurobe Alpine Route tour was definitely one of the highlights of our Japan trip. Thank you Carp!

এই ট্যুরের গাইড হংকং থেকে এসেছেন। গাইড শীলা খুব যত্নশীল একজন মানুষ। তিনি আমাদের মনে করিয়ে দিয়েছিলেন যে যাত্রা দীর্ঘ হবে, তাই আমাদের সুবিধামতো দোকান থেকে খাবার প্রস্তুত রাখতে হবে, যাতে ক্ষুধা পেলে খেতে পারি। এই ভ্রমণটি খুব আরামদায়ক ছিল এবং ট্যুর বাসটিও বেশ প্রশস্ত ছিল, তাই ভিড় ছিল না। প্রতি ২ থেকে ৩ ঘণ্টা পর পর একটি মধ্যবর্তী বিরতি স্থান ছিল যেখানে আমরা কিছু খেতে এবং টয়লেট ব্যবহার করতে পারতাম। প্রথম দিনের ভ্রমণ ছিল কামিকোচি যাওয়া, ভ্রমণের পরিকল্পনা খুব ভালোভাবে করা হয়েছিল এবং আমরা সব দর্শনীয় স্থান দেখতে পেয়েছি। সেদিন আবহাওয়া খুব ভালো ছিল, খুব গরমও ছিল না আবার ঠান্ডাও ছিল না। কামিকোচির দৃশ্য খুবই সুন্দর, এটি দেখার মতো একটি জায়গা, আমি এটি সবাইকে সুপারিশ করব। প্রথম রাতের হোটেল ছিল হাকুবা ওনসেনের একটি ওনসেন রিয়োকান, বুফেটি খুব সুস্বাদু ছিল এবং খাবারও প্রচুর ছিল। দ্বিতীয় দিনের ভ্রমণ ছিল তাতেয়ামা কুরোবে যাওয়া, দুর্ভাগ্যবশত আবহাওয়া খারাপ ছিল, স্নো ভ্যালি খোলা ছিল না, যা ভবিষ্যতে আবার যাওয়ার একটি সুযোগ তৈরি করেছে। ভ্রমণ শেষ হওয়ার পর প্রায় সন্ধ্যা ৭টার দিকে আমরা টোকিওতে ফিরে আসি। গাইড শীলা টোকিওতে থাকাকালীন কিছু ভালো রেস্তোরাঁরও সুপারিশ করেছিলেন। আমরা তার পরামর্শ অনুসরণ করে একটি গরুর জিহ্বার রেস্তোরাঁয় গিয়েছিলাম, যা বেশ সুস্বাদু ছিল। দুই দিন এক রাতের এই আনন্দদায়ক ভ্রমণের জন্য গাইড শীলাকে অনেক ধন্যবাদ।

My group of 6pax have enjoyed our 2D1N tour of the Tateyama Kurobe Alpine Route, we were especially fortunate to have such an excellent guide in Ms Zhang, 张静娟. Our itinerary was well scheduled and Ms Zhang's detailed explanation of the places that we're visiting is clear and precise. She has also advised us of the nice local food that we should try. The 6 different transportation is an experience as we crossed the Alps and the mountains to reach the snow walls. The highest point of the wall was 11m, unfortunately, it was raining when we reached the snow wall, our photos was alittle blurry and wet but our excitement has compensated for the weather 😂
