We had a fantastic day with our tour guide Max. He was such a pleasant and entheusiastic guide. His communication with us was 10 out of 10. He gave us a clear overview of our day and filled us with his knowledge at each area. He was so calm and really wanted us to take it all in and get many pictures and know the background of the culture. We had plently of picture and exploring opportunities and our safety was also paramount to him. He was considetate of our toilet and snack breaks. He was so happy to have us in his country and wanted us to know more about it and gave personal recommendations of sites and restaurants to visit. Any queries we had during our time here he was happy for us to contact him for any info we wanted! How kind of him! We had a fantastic coach as well as coach driver who was puntual at all our destinations and drove very carefully in the rain and traffic for the 3 hour drives each way. Thanks Max for making it such a fabulous day!

Austin was amazingly supportive, helpful and kind. The birds Veronia garden has lots of fun, enjoyable, strongly recommended, the rail bike also was amazing. I had the best scenery of cherry blossom there. The morning calm garden was good, but after two activities, we felt a bit tired so chose having a rest in the cafe. Austin dropped us at Hongdae station, understood the rush hour after 5pm to enter the core of Seoul. Overall, we had a good time there.

আমরা নামি দ্বীপ, গাংচন রেল পার্ক এবং স্ট্রবেরি ফার্মের জন্য ১ দিনের একটি ব্যক্তিগত ট্যুর ভাড়া করেছিলাম এবং এটি আমার ও আমার পরিবারের জন্য একটি অত্যন্ত আনন্দদায়ক অভিজ্ঞতা ছিল। ড্রাইভার খুব বন্ধুত্বপূর্ণ ছিলেন এবং তিনি ইংরেজিতে কথা বলতে পারতেন। তিনি কোরিয়ান এবং চাইনিজ/ম্যান্ডারিন ভাষাতেও সাবলীল। আমাদের ভ্রমণকে truly স্মরণীয় করে তোলার জন্য আপনাকে ধন্যবাদ।

Patrick was our tour guide. And he’s handsome. Super handsome! But kidding aside, his great command in English made our trip super easy and smooth. He’s well knowledgeable and has a great personality. Although our lunch in itself was not included in the cost when we booked the trip, Patrick made reservations for us making us enjoy our dalkgalbi (grilled chicken) which is what’s famous in the Nami Island area. As for the tours themselves, for me personally we enjoyed our visits in Nami Island even if it’s a short stay there due to three other places to visit after, then the rail bike (which my kids and I truly enjoyed), kimbap making and wearing hanboks, completing our trip at Seodaemun Hongje Waterfall. I also booked other tours here in Klook for our week long stay here in Korea, but the tour we had with Patrick was the most enjoyable and relaxing in a way. Thank you so much Patrick!

Sky was a very committed and passionate tour guide. He is well prepared and always think and act ahead of time in our travel itinerary. The visit itinerary he set up was great and we enjoyed our time visiting Nami Island, Cloud Hill, and Rail car activity. He is very personable and easy to talk to and explained many interesting facts and history of Korea.

It was truly a pleasant trip. The tour guide, Jang Kihwan, was professional and enthusiastic 👍👍👍. He made me experience the fine character of the Korean people 👍 and left me looking forward to my next trip to Korea 🥳. We had a great time playing and eating well 👍.

Roo was our tour guide for the day and she was excellent! Roo was very knowledgeable about the history and culture of Korea. She was accommodating to the groups needs and we hope to have her as our tour guide again when returning back for a holiday to Korea!! Thank you for such a memorable day 😊😊

আমাদের সাথে জোয়ি ছিল এবং সে সারা দিন ধরে একজন দুর্দান্ত চালক ও গাইড হিসেবে কাজ করেছে! আমরা রেল পার্কে আমাদের দিন শুরু করি এবং জোয়ি অত্যন্ত যত্নের সাথে রুটটি বুঝিয়ে দেন এবং আমাদের ছবি তুলে দেন। এরপর তিনি আমাদের জানান যে তিনি অন্য পাশে আমাদের জন্য অপেক্ষা করবেন যাতে আমরা শাটল এড়িয়ে যেতে পারি। এরপর আমরা নামি দ্বীপের দিকে রওনা দিলাম। আমরা জিপওয়্যার বেছে নিয়েছিলাম এবং জোয়ি খুব দয়ালু ছিলেন যে আমাদের ছবি তুলে দিয়েছিলেন যাতে মুহূর্তটির একটি স্মৃতি আমাদের কাছে থাকে। পৌঁছানোর পর, তিনি মানচিত্রটি বুঝিয়ে দেন এবং তারপরে একটি দুর্দান্ত দুপুরের খাবারের জায়গার পরামর্শ দেন যেখানে এই অঞ্চলের একটি বিখ্যাত স্থানীয় খাবার পাওয়া যায়। অবশ্যই সুন্দর ছবি তোলা একটি অবশ্যকীয় বিষয়, কিন্তু জোয়ি এতটাই যত্নশীল ছিলেন যে তিনি দুপুরের খাবারের সময় আমাদের খোঁজ নিতে এসেছিলেন। এই পর্বের পরে তিনি এমনকি আমাদের জন্য একটি ঠান্ডা পানীয়র ব্যবস্থাও করেছিলেন। শেষ স্টপ ছিল দ্য গার্ডেন। জোয়ি সুন্দর ছবি তুলে দিয়েছেন, এবং আমাদের নিজের মতো করে গার্ডেন ঘুরে দেখার সুযোগ ছিল। ভ্রমণসূচীটি ছিল বাইরে কাটানো একটি স্বস্তিদায়ক দিন, ব্যক্তিগত ট্যুরের কারণে সময়সূচীটি বেশ নমনীয় ছিল এবং জোয়ি তার আতিথেয়তা ও পেশাদারিত্বের মাধ্যমে পুরো অভিজ্ঞতাটিকে এক অনন্য উচ্চতায় নিয়ে গেছেন। তিনি আমাদের নামির ২টি পোস্টারও উপহার দিয়েছেন!
