I recently visited COPPER Beyond Buffet, and my first impression was how thoughtfully designed the decor was. It has a retro restaurant vibe with an industrial touch. The entrance and photo spots are quite photogenic, and the dining atmosphere was pleasant. Interestingly, there weren't many Hong Kongers there that day. Regarding the food, the sashimi and seafood sections were reliable. The tuna and scallops were sliced to a perfect thickness, fresh and sweet. The salmon with sea grapes and roe dish was savory and refreshing. I found the desserts surprisingly good. The lava cake had a rich chocolate flavor, and the accompanying jam provided a nice tart balance. The panna cotta and cream desserts were smooth, though a bit on the sweet side. For drinks, they offered some special fruit juices that were well-chilled and refreshing, along with traditional Thai milk tea, which was excellent. Overall, the quality was consistent. The wide selection, beautiful presentation, and quick replenishment of dishes were definite pluses, and almost everything tasted good. But the biggest surprise was the mushroom soup with croissant – it was truly outstanding. If you want to enjoy both Japanese cuisine and desserts all at once, don't miss this place. The price isn't cheap for Thailand, and without a discount, it might feel a bit pricey.

my first Omakase experience 😇it was interesting and can see how the chef made the sushi in front of us and there is also interaction with us but with limited English😅the price is super worth for 14 dishes .

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5/5 Unfortunately, we didn’t get to experience the Red Sky rooftop because it started raining. However, the staff handled the situation exceptionally well by offering us seats at Uno Mas while still allowing us to enjoy the food and drinks from Red Sky. The service was outstanding, and the team made sure our evening was just as enjoyable despite the weather. The food and cocktails were excellent, and we never felt like we missed out. Their flexibility and hospitality truly made a difference. Rain or shine, it was still a wonderful experience. I’ll definitely be back to experience the rooftop on a sunny day!

My Sunday was bursting with happiness! I went to Nama for a Japanese buffet, and it was pure bliss for my taste buds. From the appetizers, sashimi, and hot dishes to the desserts, there wasn't a single item that disappointed-everything was incredibly delicious! By the end of the meal, I was so full I couldn't even move. Out of nowhere, a super friendly staff member thoughtfully brought over four different desserts for us! There was super rich ice cream, a matcha cake, and some delicate Japanese sweet treats... that gesture was so sweet and such a huge plus! Big thanks to Nama for giving me such a perfect Sunday. This place is officially on my must-revisit treasure list!

২০২৬ সালের ১৪ই মে বুধবার আমার ৫৯তম জন্মদিন উদযাপন উপলক্ষে এখানে আমার একটি চমৎকার রাত কেটেছে। ব্যাংককের এই নতুন আকর্ষণটি খুবই চমৎকার। আমার ঘনিষ্ঠ বন্ধুর সাথে রাতের খাবার খেয়ে আমার দারুণ সময় কেটেছে, কারণ সে সব সময় আমার সাথে ব্যাংকক ভ্রমণ করেছে।

আমি একা গিয়েছিলাম এবং দিনের শেষে, এটি একটি অত্যন্ত মনোরম অভিজ্ঞতা ছিল এবং গরম ও বৃষ্টি থেকে একটি স্বস্তিদায়ক বিরতি ছিল। পেস্ট্রি এবং পানীয়ের নির্বাচনটি খুব ভালো লেগেছে, প্রচুর ছবি তোলা হয়েছে! যারা বিকেলে মিষ্টি কিছু খেতে চান, তাদের জন্য আমি এটি অবশ্যই সুপারিশ করব।

একটি সুন্দর এবং আরামদায়ক পরিবেশ, এবং শেফরা খুব আন্তরিক ও স্বাগত জানানোর মতো ছিলেন। খাবারটি অবিশ্বাস্যভাবে তাজা এবং অনন্য ছিল, এবং বিভিন্ন সুশির সংমিশ্রণগুলি কতটা ভালোভাবে তৈরি করা হয়েছিল তা আমি সত্যিই উপভোগ করেছি। এত সৃজনশীল সুশির বিকল্প ছিল, প্রতিটি নিজস্ব বিশেষ ছোঁয়া সহ। নিঃসন্দেহে একটি চমৎকার ডাইনিং অভিজ্ঞতা এবং অত্যন্ত সুপারিশযোগ্য! 🍣✨

Had a great experience an Jim Thompson restaurant! Every dish is on point and never disappoints - loving the soft sell crab pad thai the most. Everything is flavourful with thoughtful plating. Can come earlier to have a drink during their happy hour at their bar next time.
