ヒルトンコロンボに泊まってこのツアーを予約したらツアー前日の夜にガイドから連絡があり、送迎に2時間も余計にかかるり、ツアー代金の他に別途80ドル請求された。納得できなくてチャットでキャンセルをした。観光するはずの一日が無駄になった。エリアカバーしていない所まで予約できるのはクルックのシステムが悪すぎる。

Trip was good, so was the activities. There was a confusion with the timing. Local contact was unresponsive.

整體上尚算滿意，司機準時但沿途沒有任何介紹，英文溝通上亦未如理想，報團後的出發時間比我們一開頭看到的時間早了2小時。。但加錢去多了一個景點，都算值得的

It was a good natural experience in madu river safari and sea turtle egg hatching. The lady tour guide was very passionate to introduce us about Sri Lanka’s culture and every landmark. Furthermore, she also brought us to experience the local breakfast and authentic Sri Lankan lunch.

The trip we took was well planned. The driver was on time. The driver Mr Shanta Kumar was knowledgeable, courteous,gracious and patient. He was a great driver who took pride in his work and his car was super neat and clean. We were a little late, so our Nadu river trip was in the blazing midday sun and that's really not recommended for anyone. Overall Ms Shantala our tour operator was also very kind and understanding. Thank you Klook. It was smooth, seamless and a very good experience overall. Though there might be a bug in your system. Because when we were trying to book for Galle it refused to book for 3. It was either 2 or 4/5. Strange. But that maybe software issues which you may need to set right. And oh yes, you could reduce the price on your trips a wee bit and it'd be more affordable. It was an amazing experience booking the activity through klook. Everything was on time right from pick up to drop. Had an amazing experience.... 😊

Good arrangement and good driver

River Safari was average but Turtle Hatchery was very nice experience to have!

I am very disspointed at how this was organised. There was no communication prior to the tour. We then waited 1.5 hours at the pick up point and no one came. This was hugely frustrating as we are only here for a few days and it was planned to be our day out! I then complained online (there is no phone number, the switch board number didn’t work). The next day I get a missed call and text saying our driver is at the pick up point. A day wrong and a different time to the stated time. Communication was just shocking and very frustrating. I am still waiting for a full refund. Jess
