今次選擇了12人包車，中文司機～司機準時到酒店接我們～除了司機外，竟然還有一位能說普通話的導遊燕兒幫我們安排行程。（以為只有能說中文的司機。不過導遊解釋，因為較少有懂說中文的司機，所以有此安排）。感謝Team Tung 團隊的安排，在行程前兩天已用WhatsApp聯絡，初步了解我們的行程，導遊燕儿當天亦靈活安排，讓我們能在一天時間內完成想做及想去的活動，全程細心照顧我們一家大小老幼，大力推薦🌟🌟🌟

Had a really good experience with this tour. Big thanks to Zada (小文) for taking care of us throughout the day. The itinerary was quite packed — Linh Ung Pagoda, Bep Cuon for lunch, coconut boat ride, then Hoi An Old Town for the lanterns and dinner — but everything went smoothly and didn’t feel rushed. Zada was supposed to be our translator, but she ended up guiding us along the way too, explaining things and sharing about the places. Made the whole trip a lot more enjoyable and easy to follow. Also thanks to the driver for the safe and steady ride all day. Overall, really enjoyed it. Would recommend 👍

We booked 2 days private car with Chinese language tour guide + driver.Klook assigned 燕儿 ,Yan Er (Team Tung) to us. She is a humble, very friendly , punctual and passionate tour guide. The first day we forgot to book An Thoi restaurant, so she helped to arrange for us. Although the restaurant did not accept reservation ,she volunteered to stay at there waiting and queing under hot sun while we exploring nearby cafe. She helped us adjust our itinerary to a better version and most important ,she brought us to shop/restaurant that locals visit (cheaper and tastier). She took a lot of nice photos for us too. From my personal experience, I booked a lot of tour guide before but so far she is in the top 3 tour guide I encountered Definitely will recommend other to find 燕儿 Yan Er when visit to Da Nang.

We had such a wonderful time in Danang and Hoi an. The car was spacious, nice and comfortable. Our driver Loc was friendly and drove really well, giving us very pleasant rides. The company gave us a tour guide since we were a bigger group. Faye our guide took such good care of us in our trip. We just told her what we wanted to do or where we wanted to go, all were arranged well. Thank you very much for making our trip so memorable! ❤️ I will engaged them again next time when I go to Danang. ☺️

The pick up arrangement was personalized and went smoothly. The guide was friendly and well versed. The vehicle was very new and clean. The itinerary was shared with the tour agent and they adhere to it. The Hue’s lunch recommended by the guide was fantastic and superb. Thank you.

事前會用WhatsApp討論行程，還推薦了幾個不錯的點(如咖啡廳喝有名的鹽咖啡)。預約的是中文司機，來的是越南local司機+會說中文的隨車小姐。不過效果是一樣的，所以沒差。服務非常好，路上我們要求買水果、買法國麵包等，都會特別幫忙留意。中午吃的順化米線也是司機找的，很道地而且都是當地人在吃，完全深度旅遊。到順化皇城時，小姐還幫忙跟人力車講價，也會幫我們拍合照。整趟旅途很圓滿開心。

glad i booked this service via klook. althought danang is a grab-able city, it feels different if you know there is a car + driver service waiting for you. overall experience is amazing. was able to do a self Diy tour within danang. driver is very friendly and drove us in various locations. he would drop us off, and once we're done, i would message him in whatsapp and he'll pick us up right away

Everything is all right, they give us the girl guide and so nice and friendly and driver so nice too and friendly too. the guide girl only can speak chinese, And I have basic chinese language so I always ask again and again. We have limited time so we can't to doing lentern on boat only at the time but everything is all right. And the girl introduce us the very famous food in hoi an. she take us to coconut boat too and ride with us too and always take photo of us. Thank you to driver and the guide girl.

The driver picked us up at the hotel on time and is conversant in basic mandarin. We thank him for driving us safely from Da Nang to Hue.

這趟旅行一共包了兩次車，這次的包車是司機另外帶了一個翻譯，開始時還擔心是放不下我的行李，因為是早上包車退房下午就到機場的行程，最後也是能坐下的，那個翻譯名字叫燕兒(Team Tung)，完全是超出了他工作的範圍，好像多了一個導遊，為我們講解路線，一些提議，還已導遊的身份，幫我們安排入座咖啡店，她還主動想帶我們走，但我不好意思就拒絕了，這是為我們旅程結尾一個很好的印象，我也推薦最後一天包車半天遊再到機場，可以多走半天也不錯
