Loved that we were free to explore as we wanted at the locations. Fun facts during the drive were actually really fun. Guide was available for questions and was so fun. Punctual and organized. The water bottle they provided was a nice touch especially as it was sunny the day we went.

Vicky is great! She’s passionate and gave a lot of information during the ride. Very friendly to kids. Will definitely recommend her!

brought it last minute as cannot get the time from park shuttle. i would recommend to use this service rather than wasting time to book from the park shuttle as in general. also impossible to get it or later noon that may affecting all other plan

It would be better for them to write down the company name and further more instructions for the traveller. The driver was a bit late, he came around 2:15 PM, whicg the tour supposedly said that we will leave by 2:00PM. I kept on calling the office as there are no instructions for us if which bus should we take and how would we know if it is the bus that we will be riding. But overall trip was okay, Mr young our bus driver gave tips on which area should we go to for us to have a nice photo.

要求大家提早抵達接駁地點，不外乎就是希望準時出發，結果卻全車等一組遲到20分鐘的客人，這是不應該發生的事情！

途中因司機臨時更改行程導致錯過既有安排，但後續處理有幫我們另外安排，但比較小的遺憾是每個景點只有停留80分鐘很短暫，有帶小孩的時間稍微不夠，看購買標題會誤以為是沒有限制停留時間的接駁車。

Fon’t think that this is a shuttle service with regular transfer shuttles to and from as well as in-between the 2 lakes, it is a tour without a tour guide. Don’t think that they do not state the itinerary clearly means the schedule is flexible and you can visit the 2 lakes at your own pace. The time for each lake is fixed and around 80 minutes each. Go for other tours that state the itinerary clearly.
