This knife-sharpening class was one of the highlights of our trip to Japan! 😍 My brother and I had a blast, and the instructors were incredibly friendly! We were warmly welcomed, and they guided us through every step with great care and patience. My brother and I were a little slower than the rest... 😅 but they still gave us all the time we needed and helped us until we achieved great results!!! ❤️ We felt completely at ease and can wholeheartedly recommend this knife-sharpening class to anyone who wants to create a lasting souvenir with the best company! We’ll definitely be back! 🥰

13-year-old wanted to do this, and was able to follow along and finish. Staff was great in both English and Japanese. Did final sharpening/polishing of a provided blade and burned writing/art onto the wooden handle.

Amazing experience. Harry was super helpful explaining the uses of the knife options and process to make each. super fun for our whole family. strongly recommend. would do this again on our next trip.
