খাবার খুব ভালো ছিল, প্রত্যাশার চেয়েও অনেক উন্নত মানের খাবার ছিল, দামের তুলনায় মান অসাধারণ। এই রেস্তোরাঁটি অবশ্যই বুক করা উচিত। পরিষেবা চমৎকার, খাবার শেষে ম্যানেজার পরিচিত গ্রাহকদের বিদায় জানানোর জন্য দরজার কাছে এসে মাথা নুইয়ে সম্মান জানান। এটি সুপারিশ করার মতো একটি জায়গা।

অবস্থান খুঁজে পাওয়া খুব সহজ ছিল, এবং কর্মীদের সেবার মানও চমৎকার ছিল। ওয়াগিউ গরুর মাংসের মান নিশ্চিত ছিল। সেট মেনু বুক করার পাশাপাশি, যেহেতু আমার বন্ধুর জন্মদিন ছিল, তাই আমি একটি মাংসের কেকও অর্ডার করেছিলাম। কেকের সাথে শুধু একটি জন্মদিনের প্লেটই ছিল না, একটি স্পার্কলারও ছিল – যা খুবই চমকপ্রদ ছিল!

আমার ছেলের ১৬তম জন্মদিন এখানে উদযাপন করেছি এবং সে বলেছে জাপানে এটি তার সেরা খাবার ছিল! মনোযোগী পরিষেবা, ওয়েটাররা অনর্গল ইংরেজি বলতে পারে, আরামদায়ক আধুনিক পরিবেশ, এবং ওয়াগিউ-এর বৈচিত্র্য, গুণমান ও পরিমাণ ছিল নিখুঁত এবং দামের যোগ্য। শেষ মুহূর্তে আমাদের আরও দুজন লোক যোগ করতে হয়েছিল এবং তারা সানন্দে ব্যবস্থা করে দিয়েছিল। পরিবেশ এবং অবস্থানও ছিল অনবদ্য -- প্রধান তেরামাচি শপিং এলাকার কাছাকাছি কিন্তু একটি সুন্দর, শান্ত এবং মনোরম পাশের রাস্তায়। এই জায়গাটি অত্যন্ত সুপারিশ করছি!

We ordered the most expensive package. The food amount is quite large and the staff was friendly too. If you are a meat lover and love Japanese BBQ, this is a restaurant you can consider. The main reason I choose this one over other Japanese BBQ restaurants on Klook is that their meal set doesn't have animal organs.

Disappointed — Paid Much More Through Klook Than In-Person I’m very unhappy with my recent purchase through Klook. I paid ¥13,900 for a restaurant booking via their platform, but when I arrived, I found that the exact same meal would have cost only ¥9,000 if I had just dined in without any reservation through Klook. That means I paid almost 50% more by booking through Klook — completely opposite of what I expected. The whole point of using a platform like this is to save money or at least get a comparable deal, not to be charged significantly more. When I raised the issue with Klook, their response was basically that prices can differ because of "service charges, currency conversion, processing fees," and that "walk-in promotions" may exist. However, this was not clearly stated at the time of purchase, and I was offered no refund or compensation. To be fair, the food and service at the restaurant were very good. However, the pricing issue completely overshadowed what should have been a pleasant experience. If you are considering using Klook, I highly recommend you check the walk-in prices at the restaurant first. Otherwise, you may end up paying way more than you should. Extremely disappointed and will be much more cautious before using Klook again.
