আমাদের ট্যুর গাইড জেসন খুব ভালো এবং অত্যন্ত সহযোগী ছিলেন। তিনি নিশ্চিত করেছিলেন যে আমরা আরামদায়ক অবস্থায় আছি এবং আমাদের খাবার ঠিকমতো হয়েছে। আমরা অনেক আকর্ষণ দেখতে পেয়েছি এবং বিভিন্ন কার্যকলাপে অংশ নিতে পেরেছি। আলিশানে আমাদের সংক্ষিপ্ত ভ্রমণটি আমরা উপভোগ করেছি। #JasonWolf

জনিকে নিয়ে দারুণ একটি ভ্রমণ ছিল! তিনি অসাধারণ ছিলেন - দয়ালু, উদ্যমী এবং ধৈর্যশীল। তিনি আমাদের আলিশানের সবচেয়ে সুন্দর অংশগুলো দেখিয়েছেন এবং ভিড় থেকে দূরে সূর্যোদয় দেখার জন্য একটি ভালো জায়গাও দেখিয়েছেন, সবকিছু পুঙ্খানুপুঙ্খভাবে ব্যাখ্যা করার পাশাপাশি। তিনি আমাদের সুন্দর ছবিও তুলে দিয়েছেন। আলিশান ভ্রমণের জন্য খুবই উপযুক্ত, যদিও যাত্রা দীর্ঘ - জাদুকরী প্রাকৃতিক দৃশ্যের মধ্য দিয়ে বনের মধ্যে হাঁটা থেকে শুরু করে অত্যাশ্চর্য সূর্যোদয় পর্যন্ত - আমি এটি খুব পছন্দ করেছি। থাকার ব্যবস্থা ভালো ছিল - পরিষ্কার, আরামদায়ক এবং সূর্যোদয় দেখার ট্রেনের স্টেশন থেকে মাত্র দুই মিনিটের হাঁটা পথ।

Amazing and smooth trip to alishan. able to visit all the attractions and see the sunrise. our tour guide Xiao-hei made sure we are all comfortable and well taken care of. he also made sure to point out all the interesting landmarks to us along the way. will highly recommend to book this tour if you are looking for a smooth and hassle-free trip to alishan.

Mr Liber provided an amazing experience for our first trip in Alishan. Administrative matters such as checking-in our hostels, getting our tickets or transitioning from place to place were handled smoothly. He showed great hospitality to our group, extending the effort to show us additional picturesque places not included in the tour. With that being said, understanding some Chinese would be apt, otherwise it would be wise to look for another guide, or state it explicitly when booking.

An amazing trip to Alishan mountain ! The tour guide, Vanness, was very friendly, accomodating, and fun! Even though I was traveling solo I felt part of the group the whole time ! The walk into the forest was magical and the early morning to watch the sunrise was definitely worth it ! Staying at the Fenchihu hotel made this experience even more unique, even though it was a bit far from the Alishan Forest Recreation Area.

On the trip of 4 to Alishan included the tour guide. Mrs Lin was the tour guide. She was so helpful, informative and kind. Also she can help you with a good photography skill. She can use English well too. What I enjoyed most from the tour was Fenqihu Old Street and of course the Alishan Recreation Area. Fenqihu was so much better than Shifen, a small dreamy village where you can take numerous of lovely pictures. There are some highly recommended local cuisine the tourists can enjoy like the bento box, doughnut… moreover, the street is not so crowded, awesome! Alishan was extremely beautiful, especially during the season when the leaves are falling and the cherry blossoms are blooming. This is the place you don’t want to miss out on your trip to Taiwan

A smooth n comfortable trip up Alishan. our tour guide is attentive n make sure everything is alright. overall a enjoyable trip n highly recommended to join this tour.

Going to Alishan was an incredible experience! It was so much easier having the transportation and hotels sorted through the tour. I hope to be back soon! Our guide Joanna was incredible! She was really welcoming, answering our various questions about the area and about Taiwanese culture in general. She went above and beyond, introducing us to local delicacies and taking us to see the sunrise in Taichung on the way back to Taipei!

Nov 21 to 22, 2024: Chiayi Alishan 2-Day Tour (departing from Taipei, including cultural experience and attraction tickets) Our guide is not fair and not good, very bad and very poor guide experience, he is 王忠信 aka Mr Johnny Wang, meeting at the East Gate 3 (Family Mart) at Taipei Main Station is already disappointing. He is not early meeting the group, when he did see the group, the China lady student solo traveler who also joining us, already meet him somewhere and 5 of us are waiting, total we are only 6 in the group (the minimum size). Guide did not wear their company uniform upon fetching us which written in MyProGuide guidelines, not introduce himself and not ask and check if the passengers with him is his clients, the couple with us in the group initiated to ask the guide coz they had 1 day tour the day before the trip so they know the procedure. I, my mom and sister the three of us feel the discrimination by the guide coz we did not understand Mandarin the whole 2 days tour, he's priority was the 3 Mandarin speaking clients which are couple from Hong Kong and China lady student solo traveler, he only speaks few English and always says did we understand which is very off like we are dumb that we can't understand him in his few English and always left us out all the time with the group in explaining and walking. Our first stop tour at 鄒族 逐鹿文創園區, he did not tell what we can see inside, he just drop us and said stroll inside, we immediately saw an auditorium facing the entrance, the venue lady said theirs an entrance fee of NT$170 per person and we said we don't have ticket, we totally forgot, the entrance ticket is already included as indicated in the tour package, but when we asked the guide, he said no show even though he saw the people and performers come and go the venue, we did not stroll deeper coz inside the scenic place theirs big renovation on going and is covered, upon searching this scenic place at Google, a lot to see inside after the renovation area and also outside area of that place and just gave us 20 minutes to stroll, while the itinerary given by Klook is 1 hour and 40 minutes, he did not maximize the tour, he can cut short the time just tell us but not 20 minutes only just to go restroom and eat just we did on the rest area before we went on this, the entrance ticket and travel time is wasted. Alishan portion view is good but guide still not ok, when he check in us in the hotel, we got a 1 bed for 3 of us, I immediately call him, I did not see and hear him ask the front desk of the hotel which is for 2 people and 3 people, later it was the couple in our group and us have switched room and the couple did not complain about the big room they have, before moving on the second day he just instructed us what to do, he did not come with us on the second day sunrise. He drives very fast, very reckless from the beginning until going back to Taipei Main Station, we are 1 hour and 15 minutes advanced arrived, i think his duty is until 18:00 pm only that's why he's in a hurry to send us back to the station, but at Klook it’s said 19:30 pm arrival. I am asking for refund how can we get refund from 鄒族 逐鹿文創園區? Klook, help me how to get refund.

We are so lucky to have Jonna to be our tour guide. she gave us lots of taiwan history and culture, and share lots of the local food with us. Really good experience! Highly recommend!
