Such an awesome experience!! Our instructor Amir was so patient, knowledge and professional. we did the spoon painting and rake cooking package. Painting was so much fun for the whole family (my kiddos are 5 and 8). we learned so much about the noodles and the broth it made the whole experience fun and educational. the address listed on Klook was incorrect but we were able to email the contact person on our reservation and they gave us exact directions literally a few minutes after I sent the email. Overall this was the highlight of our visit to Kyoto. I would highly recommend this experience.

There were supposed to be three people in my class, but the other two didn’t show up so I got the amazing opportunity to have a private Ramen making class! I had so much fun and my teachers were so kind and warm. cherry on top was getting to eat Michelin star Ramen after helping make the noodles! I would definitely recommend this to anyone interested in learning how to make Ramen.

Had an incredible time making noodles for the first time! Azu and Saya were very friendly and helpful throughout the entire process. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who is visiting Kyoto and wishes to experience something both unique and tasty!

Absolutely fantastic experience at the Musoshin Noodle Making Workshop! From start to finish, the workshop was fun, interactive, and incredibly authentic. The instructors were patient, friendly, and explained every step clearly, making it enjoyable even for complete beginners. Making the noodles by hand was such a unique cultural experience, and the best part was getting to cook and eat our own delicious ramen afterwards — it honestly tasted amazing! The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and you could really feel the passion and craftsmanship behind everything they do. This was one of the highlights of our Japan trip and something we’ll remember for a long time. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Kyoto who wants a hands-on food experience beyond the usual tourist activities. 5 stars without a doubt!

We had an amazing experience at Musoshin Ramen Academy. We booked through Klook. Shin was a great mentor and took us through how ramen is made, as well as guiding us through the experience step by step. We made our very own ramen broth and cooked handmade ramen noodles, we even char-siu our own pork! It was absolutely delicious with the half boiled ramen egg. Painting our own spoons to have them kilned and picked up the next day was a special experience. Highly recommend this experience to anyone travelling to Kyoto! From Australia!

Shin was a fantastic host! We enjoyed designing our own ramen spoons. Learning the time and attention that goes into each ramen dish was fascinating and we got to enjoy a delicious bowl of ramen at the end. I highly recommend this experience!

Really fun ramen making workshop! Guided us with hands-on activity from the start. Total 5 pax of 2 groups & each person was able to do each step! Had a headscarf as a souvenir! Find the restaurant & they will bring you to the ramen making place nearby. Thank you instructors Momo & Amiru!

My husband and I had so much fun making ramen! It was just the two our us with our instructor, so we were able to ask questions, and actually have a chat with him too! instructor: our instructor was so nice! He was able to answer any questions that we had, and also asked us questions too! location: the location of the actual class was a little difficult to find, but we stood outside the restaurant and asked someone, and they brought us to the right place. We got to eat the ramen at the actual restaurant though!

It was such great fun making the noodles! Our guide, Momo, provided good guidance and my kids were able to follow through. A very good hands-on experience for the kids! Highly recommended!
