Good location

Enjoyed the welcome drink

Amazing breakfast buffet and phenomenal staff. 5-minutes from the train station.

部屋は広めでゆったり過ごせた 朝食が美味しかった 駅から近くて便利

We stayed at this hotel for four nights, and the location is truly impeccable. The rooms and cleanliness were also quite reasonable for our stay. However, the experience was significantly marred by the incredibly impolite attitude of a male front desk staff member (short hair, wearing a grey suit). It was, unfortunately, the most unpleasant service experience we have ever had in Japan. While we were waiting in the lobby with our luggage, he made eye contact with us but remained completely indifferent, offering no initiative to help. The situation worsened when we discussed the "Airporter" delivery service. Without clarifying the destination, he assumed we were sending bags to the airport and prepared a slip. When I explained that we needed a hotel-to-hotel transfer, he reacted with visible aggression—tearing up the paper and tossing it away right in front of me with an extremely annoyed and impatient expression. While he did not say it out loud, his facial expressions and dramatic gestures made it very clear that he felt I was wasting his time. This level of visible hostility is something we have never encountered in all our trips to Japan. It is a shame because the other front desk staff were wonderful, patient, and polite, but this one individual’s behavior was completely unacceptable.

Nice staff, good amenities and room size, and tasty buffet style breakfast.

The room was clean, staff were so attentive, laundry in the hotel, so close to the station. Would stay again.

It was great , with enough choices for different tastes.

Convenient, less than 10 mins walk to koyto stationn

My 11y/o son and I had a fantastic experience. The staff were welcoming and helpful. Amazing area and convenient to Kyoto Station. Lots of options for eating in the area.
