Rooms are very small and not well kept. After booking a non‑refundable room, I received an email about building work, which has been loud and disruptive throughout my stay. Even without the construction, the property is extremely noisy. Paint is peeling due to mold, and wallpaper is coming off the walls. The only positive is the location, but overall the condition and communication were unacceptable.

Don't be fooled by the photos. A giant cockroach greeted me, along with old, dilapidated, awful rooms. I hope I never have to stay in a place like that again in my life.

Du får vad du betalar för. Är perfekt för den som ”bara” vill ha någonstans att sova och lägga pengarna på annat än hotell. Så inga höga förväntningar.

so far the worst room I've ever stayed in my life. very small like match box, having a weird smell in the corridor and the room (somehow get use it in minutes but after spending 5 mins outside and come back in you'll notice again), no window, 7am staff starts working cleaning with noise, and really unluckily it was coincided with US superstar's concert so the hotel price was more than 5 star hotels in UK, UAE, Thailand etc.

There is a construction site across the road where someone works with a sledgehammer at 3 in the morning and there are reversing lorries with alarms. It is impossible to sleep. Will leave the hotel and ask for refund.

hot water only runs for 3 minutes and the wall is as thin as paper, you can hear every footstep in the hallway

This hotel, besides its location doesn’t worth your money. Its elevator is constantly making noise,causing sleeplessness and its entrance at back alley makes it unsafe to go back to hotel late at night. The price is same as any other hotels with same star rating, if not more expensive. Will never go back there again.

Thereafter, follow the instructions as prompted. Please note that you can complete your pre-arrival registration 6 days prior to arrival date. However, check in can only be completed while you are present at the hotel. - Credit card Pre-authorization at SGD 50 is required; this will be refunded to you 14 workings days after check-out. Please note that the refund for debit card might take longer, depend on the bank. - It is a must to check in with either your physical NRIC, FIN Card or passport. A selfie is required for check-in to match with the identification uploaded. - To unlock the door, please turn on Bluetooth on the phone and scan the phone over the door lock. - Early check-in and late checkout are subjected to availability and charges may apply. Please contact Community Hosts via the chat for the arrangement. - Extra bed is not allowed in all room types - If you are travelling with young children or the elderly, it is advisable to request for rooms with lower beds. - Smoking is strictly prohibited on the premises. A SGD 100 fine will be charged to any guest who violates the smoking policy. - The minimum age required to check in is 18 years. Children or guests who are under 18 years old must be accompanied by parents or with written consent of parents/guardians. - Visitors are not allowed in the room. - For special requests, please write in and note that special requests are subject to availability, cannot be guaranteed and may incur additional charges. - Please note that renovation noises surrounding the building are expected from now till further notice.
