The room is small but very nice and has everything you need. The location is great. But my favourite part were the staff members, who were super helpful (lending me a charger etc) and lovely. The only thing that could be better is soundproofing, you can hear everything from other rooms.

Amazingly convenient location. Easy and seamless check in. Fast responses over responses. Very clean, and spacious by Singapore standards.

Nothing extraordinary, very basic. I found the usage of the check-in application as an incovenient for the guest. It did not well for the self-check in.

A small well appointed room that is perfect for 1-2 people. The keyless entry was a novel idea, but the check-in for first-timers could be a bit tricky so make sure you get there before the staff member at the entrance goes home. They will guide you through the process.
