The rooms are small and terribly uncomfortable for anyone other than single travelers. No room to open your luggage comfortably. The bed is up against the wall, making you hope over your partner if you need to get up in the middle of the night for example. The spa is ok, however the operating hours are limited. The breakfast is good however not much of a variety. I made the mistake of booking with breakfast included but we quickly got bored due to the limited selection. Overall, I would only recommend this hotel for single travelers and wouldn't recommend to the breakfast included option. You can always just pay for it at the hotel if so desired. The area is not bad. Very accessible to major train stations but wouldn't recommend Shinjuku for families. It's riddled with nightlife and not the good kind.

This is our second stay at this hotel on our trip to Tokyo. Again, i congratulate the staff and management on how clean, efficient and well managed the hotel is. Highly recommend.

Rooms are small but functional. Hotel was clean and staff very friendly. The hotel is walking distance to a few of the train stations and ramen houses as well as very close to bars and nightlife

Great service from the staff!Rooms are really clean and space is manageable. It’s a great location, many things near by. I have stayed in this location twice already and will definitely be getting it again.

Location cannot be beat, within 15-20mins from all major points and train stops. Room is small and tight for me and my son. So if you have a family of more than 2, you definitely need 2 rooms. But it is very clean. The front desk staff was not too friendly, but it was from the volume of guests checking in. I’d stay here again,

Good hotel in a good area. Small but normal for Tokyo.

Close to a number of good restaurants and near the train station. Wasn’t able to use the onsen due to my tattoos but a very clean and helpful staff

stay was amazing! it was literally so close to everything! the rooms r tiny but it’s just for sleeping, its clean & the breakfast is yummy!! the staff is very sweet & professional
