The rooms are big and very clean. We liked the private spa room that you can book overnight. This was our second time at this hotel and they have maintained their excellent standard. The staff are nice and helpful. Overall a great place to stay in Tokyo. We also liked the proximity to the train station.

It was a pleasant stay; the hotel is very well located with easy access to the train, the Skytree, restaurants, and the shopping mall. It is excellent; the only issue was that we were charged extra to set up the sofa bed in the room.

This hotel is conveniently located near Skytree Tower. A very close train station and many outside amenities that make it convenient for families wanting to be close to one another and enjoy the local interests. rooms are very clean a bit small for more than three people. But sufficient enough for travelers wanting to be near things and enjoy the area. The breakfast was very well presented and had many choices for kids and parents..

Lovely hotel, lovely staff. The naming convention on the rooms is opaque, so check that your selection on room size is adequate for your needs. We booked a "double" room for three people which would have required having two adults and a child sleep in a smallish bed.
