Staff are amazing. They are friendly and very accommodating especially Mike. He was very helpful especially on my check out day. Since the taxi can’t park right in front of the hotel, he carried my luggages and loaded it into the taxi. He also arranged a trusted taxi for me.

Its basic, very basic. If you just need a place to stay while you visit the night market in this area its ok. Seems tailored to service the shop owners who come to this night market to buy stock to resell. It's not really the sort of place to take the family or wife for a weekend away in Bangkok.

Rooms are dirty. The white towers are browndish, not white. Water boiler inside is rusted. Equipments like air-conditioner remote is half-falling off. Bed head-board has pile of dust. Condiments like coffee are not refilled or partial refill for some days. One of the rooms assigned to me has dimmed light and hardly able to see anything clearly. It was very hot and air-conditioner could not cool it down. Luckily, got moved to a different room after several requests and demands. I was told the hot room had hidden cameras which can be viewed from the reception. That wasn't nice. Not sure any other rooms have similar hidden cameras. Felt unsafe.

Quite good but it’s a bit dirty and room is small. Anyway the staff were friendly. I have a great time staying there

It was quite conveniently located

I had a very pleasant stay. The staff was really helpful and courteous. The location of the hotel is great and close to everything.

Hotel refused to offer a refund despite Covid-19 situation. They offered an amendment of date until Dec2021 (but must decide and book by Oct2020) when nobody knows when the pandemic will end. Hotel shows no empathy and sympathy for its valuable customers and only focused on revenue and profits.

Good location Near to many market Platnum mall is very near
