The room had cockroach they were everywhere on my luggage the floor every night. The staff really didn’t seem to care about anything always on their phones. The room really needs a good cleaning Go at your own risk

Strategic location. Everything terrible re the hotel. Bedsheets not changed fr previous occupant and room not being cleaned for the day. Shower not hot poor pressure. No coffee tea bags, no sandal. Everything was terrible about the hotel. And expensive. Should be blacklisted.

It was mediocre at best. Rooms were a lot dirtier, smaller and more broken down than how they looked in the pictures. I wasn’t expecting much but was really let down. Staff said we could keep our luggage at the hotel until our room became available. They didn’t put the luggage in the room or in a safe space until our room was ready. They left the bags in the front lobby. Don’t be deceived by the pictures, it much worse in person.

The hotel has seen better days, the walls could do with a lick of paint, the floors need deep cleaning and the cleaners need to do their job a bit more thoroughly and not leave stuff on tables like a 3-day-old cup of iced coffee that's obviously finished. I left the room to go somewhere else for 3 days and came back to find they had only just refreshed the bedsheets and nothing much else in 3 consecutive cleaning days. Lazy cleaning service.

You need to constantly adjust the tap for the water heater in the shower, the floor is dirty, the fridge is unstable, i need to go to the front desk twice as my room card cannot access the room
