The staff was very kind and welcoming. If you had issues or questions they would try their best to help you out. The location was right by a beautiful shrine and a shopping district. The food for breakfast was so good and I definitely recommend the package with dinner it some of the best meals I've had. The room was nice and cozy, it really was a calm and relaxing experience.

The staff were amazing during check-in they explain everything well throughout. And in the evenings they make sure you feel safe and well taken care of. We booked the private onsen at night and it was one of the best nights during our stay in Japan, the ambiance is so peaceful and relaxed.

Lovely little place to stay. Love the tea room ryokan theme. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was a lovely traditional Japanese breakfast. Probably one of the best places I’ve ever stayed. Even went home with a little polaroid photo of my self in front of the building. If you have the money it's definitely worth the experience.
